After ordering went to the bathroom to find out.There is no bath , soap or towels to wash hands. Owner or manager said that they don’t have a way to put soap in their restaurant.The button was broke. This is the second time that I have placed a mobile order, then got home to find no cheese on my cheesesteak. The first time, there was a note in the bag saying, “Sorry, we ran out of provolone.” Okay, I can understand that, but not saying anything to me when I came to pick it up so I can substitute a different cheese is ridiculous. Now this second time, I ordered it with two cheeses on it, and absolutely NO cheese on the sandwich of any kind. No comment when I picked it up, no note in the bag, no explanation whatsoever. Isn’t it common sense that a cheesesteak would have CHEESE on it??

I recently stopped by Subway for a quick lunch, and I have to say, it hit the spot! The first thing I noticed was how fresh all the ingredients looked. I opted for the turkey sandwich with all the veggies piled on, and I was really impressed with how good it tasted.

I will start this review out by saying that the customer service was not horrible. The food wasn’t cooked correctly the first time, and the chicken was still very cold, nearly frozen on my sons sandwich. However, after bringing it up to the cashier, they were prompt to re-heat the food.
Past that, the whole tray of food looked sub-par, notably the tomatoes, cucumbers, and especially the lettuce, which looked horrible.
I asked if there was any other lettuce available, and the cashier stated, “That’s just how it ships this time of year.”
The camera doesn’t really do it justice. It was at least 50% browned and had little to no green. As well as the cucumbers also were soft and mushy.im I’m glad I didn’t order online.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I don’t think I will be returning to this subway.

I stopped about 20 minutes before closing time and got the sandwich special. My chef wasn’t wearing a nametag so I don’t know his name but he was very polite, efficient and friendly. The sandwiches were great. Will definitely return.

Came to pickup a GrubHub order for delivery. I waited for the solo employee working during lunch hour to finish serving their customer while being eyeballed by the 2 other customers waiting in line. So after driving here and waiting 5 minutes I’m able to tell her which order I’m picking up. She tells me she hasn’t started making it yet. Completely unacceptable. I’m not blaming the staff if she was working alone she was doing the best she could with what was in front of her. But ordering online means they already waited in line and you need to make their order. They shouldn’t have to wait for your endless stream of lunch customers to keep coming in the door. You should STOP and make the food that was ordered already. It’s not my lunch break and I’m not getting paid to wait or to make sandwiches. Staff your store and do your job or else stop accepting third party orders cuz the math isn’t mathing.

Overall it was an alright experience but I specifically asked for all my sauces to be in cups so I could TRY them and that didn’t happen but it turned out okay thankfully. She was the only person there and there was a long line, I had to wait a few minutes but she did a good job for being the only employee. Shout out to her.
