Some of the best pizza in the region, definitely the best New York style. A little pricey, does offer pizza by the slice, good value for the money. Monday night large pizza is $18, best value in town on a Monday evening. Restrooms are kept clean and nice. Staff is very friendly, you don’t often see pizza dough made the old-fashioned way. When I was waiting for my pizza this evening, I saw them tossing the pizza dough and I asked if they were OK if I took pictures. One each time dough was “tossed”.

TV sports usually on but no sound unless a big game? No background music, there’s something maybe that could be worked on. But generally, it is quiet and a pleasant place to sit alone and eat or to have a family night or even a date night. Just feels like home.

Some of the interior fixtures show signs of wear just from age, well taken care of and clean but could use updating. I highly recommend this location, an excellent place to take a family on Monday evening for family pizza night.

Also, DoorDash now delivers from here.

Pineapple only pizza was requested by my daughter so don’t hold it against the host!

Best pizza in town. Don’t get fooled by the locals into thinking paddingtons is all we have to offer.

Pricey, but quality ingredients. I love to get their fresh jalapeno, but prepare for the burn!!!

Went in there today with some coworkers on a lunch break and the girl who was working the register was rude and confrontational over a minor miscommunication. We had stated our orders were to go before ordering, and she asked us something that we couldn’t hear well as she was putting together our order. Apparently she was asking us again whether or not they were to go to “save plates”, and we couldn’t hear her so weren’t aware that was her ask; we grabbed a to go box to put our slices in and she made a rude comment about wasting the plates and we should have said we needed it to go. I was caught off guard by her comment, and tried to say how we had actually said that before ordering and didn’t really hear what she was asking – she interrupted before I could finish and doubled down on how we were being wasteful and “that’s why I asked you so you need to say something next time”. We were all shocked by how rude and abrupt she behaved in a situation that could have easily been addressed as a misunderstanding and explained in a much more neutral way. Very poor customer service skills and made it clear none of us want to go back.

Typically, a pizza consists of three layers: sauce, then toppings, then cheese. Instead, our toppings were thrown haphazardly onto the top of the cheese (and were barely cooked). The crust was hard and thick and the cheese was low quality. For over $30 for one pizza, we were pretty shocked at how bad it was… I’ve had better frozen pizza. We gave them a few tries, but won’t be back.

We ordered two 14” pizzas, wings and a Caesar salad. Both pizzas were excellent. The salad was huge pieces of lettuce with orange rusty edges. I didn’t get a photo of the salad but it was definitely lacking. It had half a dozen croutons. No one ate it. The wings were the worst and this is reoccurring issue here. I asked for them to to burnt. I specifically asked for this because we don’t like gooey chicken fat. It literally said it on the receipt under special instructions and yet the wings were very undercooked. Not a crispy edge on any of them. They went in the trash too because this place is so busy there’s no way to get your food remade in a timely manner. Our total was $80 after tip. I would definitely recommend this place for a lunch slice or pizza only. Skip the extras though. They definitely aren’t interested in pleasing customers.

Good pizza. Probably my favorite in Salem. But as someone who grew up up East coast, in pizza country (NePa) I always ask them for 2 more minutes in the oven to get the slightly crispy undercoat….Soooo much better. Fat Guy law!

So delicious! I ordered for pick-up 30 min. before they closed and it was perfection! It was so tasty, that I was forcing myself to finish my 4th slice. I’m so glad I ordered the 18″ pies because now I have leftovers.

When moving to a new neighborhood, there are a few things you have to find. A good place to drink beer, a good place to buy produce, and a good place to deliver you pizza. After a half dozen local pizza joints, we found our delivery pizza of choice.

We haven’t branched out from the classic pepperoni pizza, but I can honestly say I don’t need to try other pies to know that this is the kind of pizza I like. First and foremost, the crust is the star of the show. Chewy in the best possible way through the cheese topped portion (and it certainly tastes like good quality cheese), and thick and fluffy in the crust-end. Dip the crust in some salad dressing or marinara, it’s far too bread-like to eat dry (but that’s totally by design!) The pepperoni is also well-chosen, letting out enough of its greasy deliciousness into the cheese and sauce to make it the kind of pizza that’s actually worth the calories. The sauce itself is sweet and rich, but is also subtle enough not to demand too much of your attention, so you can focus on the rest of the pizza, which is unquestionably better. A bolder sauce would probably be overkill on a pizza like this.

Maybe even best of all, pizza is all about the leftovers, and SFNY’s pie actually gets better over the course of a few days. Bake it in the oven and it’ll even better than when it was fresh.

The pizza here is always good, and we have always enjoyed the Afternoon Slices they have for a lower price, but today we tried the Calzone!

Quite good as a Chicken Bacon Ranch with Mushrooms added, and the only thing I would change for next time is ask for it to be baked longer to see how it turns out. It’s nicely thick and a little doughy in the right way at the two corners. Soft, juicy, very flavorful, and easily shared between two people.

I don’t usually go elsewhere than Costco, but this place has always had my attention since I first walked through the doors.

Final word is that the customer service is very friendly and generous. I wish I remember the name of the man who was working yesterday around 12:30pm-1:00pm, cuz I’d give him a shout out here.
