Food was great and the overall atmosphere was amazing, but the only place that failed to deliver was the service. Everyone else was nice and pleasant, but there was one lady in particular—a light-skinned woman with a ponytail and puff—who was rude not only to me, but to my friend as well. When we asked about certain food items, we were given rude, assumptive responses, to the point that we felt uncomfortable asking questions. We ended up choosing simple food items just to avoid provoking the front-desk lady. but other than that the food was again great and the other ladies were amazing

My food was seasoned so well, and my order was ready so fast. I will be there as soon as they open the next day lol! I got the smothered ribs, cabbage, and Mac and cheese. Delightful, I feel asleep shortly after I ate. The servers were attentive and great as well!

Best plate lunch I’ve had in a long time. Beef tips were awesome. Definitely gonna be a regular spot for me from now on.

I was looking forward to some good ole soul southern cooking..we order pork chops n fries and had the oxtail. Don’t waste your money not one bit of seasoning or any flavor on either meal. Real sorry to have to give a bad review. Maybe need to spend more on flavors and spices. The worst $45 spent.

First off… the Sweet potato pie was on point!!! Had to start there cause I started there, U know what i mean ! I had an oxtail baked potato, it was good, but a baked potato should be full. And it wasn’t full enough for me. My daughter had fried catfish bits…. The BOMB! They were so delicious we were eating them too dmn hot… lol

This is one of the BEST new restaurants in the area. The food is always hot and fresh. They have an awesome plate dinner I love. It consists of fried fish, shrimp pasta and chicken wings-FIRE. This restaurant will not disappoint.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This place was delicious. The fish was so crispy and I had a nice crunch in every bite. My husband had beef tips and said they were juicy and tender perfectly cooked! We also got the creamy red velvet cake. Will definitely be coming back! 10/10

Good food, nice people but they need to work on order accuracy and accommodating customers when orders are incorrect. ESPECIALLY for those who TIP. Right the Wrong . At least Offer a dessert or drink on the house. Nothing annoys a customer more than driving to the location, ordering inside. PATIENTLY waiting for your order “TIP” ..drive home only for it to be incomplete! “He forgot” isn’t a sufficient remedy. I would have been the villain if I’d ask for my tip back. Let’s do better .
