I was disappointed by the service I received when I got take out. The manager Shae is extremely rude and needs to fix her attitude. She didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces and when I asked for some it was as if I was interrupting her phone call. She had her phone in her hand and was clearly talking to someone on it. So unprofessional. She practically threw the sauces at me like “here”. She even served us cold fries. What horrible service Shae gave. Not sure how she is a manager.

Food was good. Only complaint was there a a homeless man at the front door inside shouting at anyone who came in asking to use your phone to call his phone cuz he lost it. Made me a little unsettled and the staff did nothing about it for a long time. They let him use the store phone a few times and no luck. So he continues to shout at anyone coming in the door to use there phones.

Very bad customer service from Shae I believe that’s her name. She pretty much threw our few out the drive thru window. Our fries were cold and I saw her touching her long ponytail and not washing her hands which is completely disgusting. She was the the one handling the food this is not sanitary and needs to be checked. Her attitude is not it very rude. We have been coming here for 10+ years and have never had an issue until today. I wanted to write this on their survey page but their printer receipt was not working because the they survey code was faded so it was hard to tell.
