I had a great experience at this store. The gentleman helping me was super friendly. My food was very hot and fresh. It was prepared perfectly with the additional toppings I requested. My coke was extremely cold, just the way I like it. There was no wait in line when I got there. I highly recommend this location and will visit there again.

I’m uncertain of why the drivers of Dominos think they can tell me whatever they want, but they do. I NEVER do reviews, but I have to. A few weeks ago the delivery driver (woman) asked me when I was due. I’m not pregnant This week, the delivery driver (man) knocked on the door. I immediately start walking to the door. When I opened it, he said “Well there you are, it took you long enough” I said “I came straight to the door.” He proceeded to tell me that he has 25 orders that he needs to push out so I need to hurry up!” I like Dominos for the rewards but if I have to be insulted everytime I order, I just won’t do it.

If cashier’s are the face of a business, this one needs a facelift. She appeared in the window chewing gum and without bothering to greet us. She handed me the change without a word.
Two stars despite her customer service skills bc there were multiple online coupons and the order was ready quickly. Unfortunately, when i looked at my pizza the ingredients were unevenly spread leaving exposed dough scorched and unappetizing.

Ordered 2/18/2024 10:30pm #801 I even tipped this guy for carryout because I know how it can be, but now I wish I didnt.
I ordered a pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeño deep dish and they managed to mess it up by putting ham instead of pineapples, there was even a random tomato slice on my pizza. The CSR wasn’t much help he said they could only remake it tonight instead of giving me a credit for next time. I can understand accidentally throwing ham because it usually goes with pineapples but I don’t know how you forget the pineapples. When I was a shift leader or CSR for a couple different pizza places, and I’d give people credits if something wasn’t right. They shouldn’t have to waste their gas to come back because of your mistake. Plus I don’t want my food messed with for calling in a complaint.
I’ll just stick to Lake st location, I’ve had zero problems with them.

So I ordered pizza and chicken. I got 3 meats(Italian sausage, chicken, beef) and 3 veggies(bellpepper, onion, mushrooms) and requested extra cheese; I didn’t see extra cheese. Huge chunks of chicken, little beef and Italian sausage. Scarce bellpepper and mushrooms and NO extra cheese. My damn pizza crust was missing in some places, like it stuck to the pan! The chicken was ok but the cheese around it was burnt but it’s cool,, I liked that part. It was ok at best and hot of course. There were no customers when I arrived so I got my order promptly. The workers looked rather young and new; maybe hurried to prep but I probably won’t return to this location cuz I feel I was gipped on toppings. UPDATE 11.12.21: I emailed the person who put the response under my review and have heard nothing from them. Shocking.

The worst location. My pizzas came completely burnt. I also asked for no seasoning on the crust but they still added it. My kids and I were on vacation and this was the closest food to our hotel. It took them a long time to deliver and we ended up not being able to eat any of it because of how burnt and hard the pizza was. I tried calling as soon as I opened up the pizza to try to ask for a new one but I got the automated message saying they are closed even though their hours say they’re open until midnight. Extremely upset I wasted money on this and the lack of customer service!
