By far the Best Burger King in West Palm Beach. Whopper was Hot and Crispy with the Lettuce and Onions. Havesies is the way to go, half Onion Rings, half French Fries. Customer Service from the Staff is above and beyond. Bathrooms Clean, Dining Room Clean, Music Playing. What else isn’t there to say about this Restaurant!

BEST burger king ive been to and I travel the entire state of Florida for work and im constantly on the road. whoever working that drive thru is working wonders because man that Whoppers was FRESH and hot .

It’s 1:14 AM, location says it closes at 2AM. I’m getting ignored in the drive thru, and this is NOT the first time this has happened. Either fix your hours or STOP YOUR EMPLOYEES FROM CLOSING EARLY!!!!!

They were one of the few places open on Christmas and I just happened to have coupons and nowhere else to take my 98 year old mother. The young lady behind the counter, dressed as an elf, was very helpful, the other gentleman employees, not so much. Would only go back if I have to.

This Burger King doesn’t have great reviews but they havnt personally upset me too much. I have been here a few times at 12 noon. I don’t recall the line ever being long here. If you drive in through the shopping center parking lot and try to make a right into the drive thru you will have to put it in reverse and straighten up to actually get in without hitting the curb. I got a cherry icee…when it was dispensed it was watery at first. I got the chicken fries. I heard the hot ones are better. I wouldn’t recommend them. I always get onion rings instead of fries. The whopper Jr is usually my go to. When they make that the cheese always seems like it’s not melted. Not the greatest but not the worst in the area I don’t think… maybe… fast food is getting more and more expensive. For one person ~$11

I’ve been sitting in the drive through now for 15 min. It took 10 minutes from the time I pulled up to the speaker to when the lady took my order. Then I pull up to the window and waited for 5 more minutes. This place is so slow. Do they have 1 person working in there??? I’m on a lunch break thinking I can get fast service at a fast food joint but no. But of course the franchise owners won’t do anything about it. I’ve heard this place was slow but I had no idea just how slow it really is. Are they growing the cows and slaughtering them out back while we wait???? Now I’ve been 20 min at the drive through. I pulled up at 12:38 PM AND IT IS NOW 12:58. This place is ridiculous. I wasted almost my whole break. This is the worst place ever.

It’s the worst location I’ve ever been to. Sadly, it’s the closest to our house. They are always out of things, machines broken, no cups, no cheesy tots for weeks,
no change in the drawer if you try to pay with cash. It’s a mess. If you have to wait, they ask you to pull back and pull up to the window again to hide their slow service. And if there is a line, they have you wait in the parking lot. It’s a regular thing. I’ve waited well over 15 minutes for 2 items in the recent past. I had to go in and all where my food was. Someone snatched out off the counter where it had been sitting and said, I’m sorry, I forgot. I have contacted the regional manager twice and was only told they are working on it. Whoever owns this location is absentee. They verbally bash the owner and say they make it hard for them to work. It’s a combination of that and the employees. All they do is talk and fight in front of the guests. I’ve witnessed it multiple times. The place should be shut down, reorganized and reopened. I prefer to go an extra 4 miles to the next nearest location. It’s just easier with better results. This location is a nightmare.
