They were out of a few of menu items we’d initially ordered, but the items we did get were great. Fried Green Tomatoes were just the right amount of firm and crisp, shrimp well cooked. Muffuletta Pizza was a fun take on the sandwich, very salty with the olive salad topping but applied in moderation such that it was appetizing to olive-hesitant eaters. Very chill on a weekday early lunch hour. Staff were wonderful and helped ensure we our dishes were modified to meet dietary preferences. Wish there were more NA beverages, especially since they were out of the only one they offered (Heineken 0.0).

The servers were amazing. I ordered the Chicken and waffles. The waffles were delish. The chicken–I’m pretty sure Emeril would be appalled by serving this in a restaurant with his name. It was practically inedible. The only parts I could enjoy were the crispy bits on the side, which is not what I was looking for.

Ordered to go with the mobile QR code. Took about 15 minutes to get my food thereafter, so plan for a delay. While the fried green tomatoes and shrimp were delicious, I had the unfortunate opportunity of getting pretty aggressive food poisoning. Not what I was hoping for after a long day of travel cancelations and delays (or even a perfect travel day).

While in New Orleans I fell in love with the fried green tomatoes with shrimp and remoulade sauce so I ordered it at Emerils restaurant, the sauce was great however the shrimp looked like something from a frozen bag they were so small I couldn’t even De-vein them the food was good but I would have rather had a better shrimp like quality 15-20 even if it was just 3 it would have been better than 8-10 baby tasteless shrimp. I also ordered the catfish fingers with slaw which was ok, the slaw was missing seasoning.

Was looking forward to eating here. Menu had chicken and waffles on it. After walking all the way to the other side of the airport and waiting forever for an employee to come to the hostess stand we were told there were no servers on staff wh would have to sit at the bar. After another annoying long wait because the bartender was to involved in a conversation at the other end of the bar we were told that they only were serving red beans and rice. We opted to seek food elsewhere. Very disappointing for what should have been a great place. Do better

I was seated and began to think I was invisible. Then because I didn’t scan the self order icon, I was questioned. Ok, that’s fine. A bowl of gumbo should be pretty good with Emeril’s expertise. Right? Wrong! It was dreadful! About three pieces of sausage and a few pieces of okra. A heap of rice and a roux that was the consistency of gravy. It truly should have been listed as rice and gravy. Awful

1st time going ordered a personal pizza waited 30 min and when I asked about my order they stated we are out of Pizza. I didnt have time to get anything else due to catching my flight
2nd time.. I ordered crawfish nachos because they were out of pizza again and my food came out before my drink. The person that brought the food told me to flag down my server which I never saw, another person finally brought my drink. Oh and the nachos were not crawfish nachos they were pulled pork nachos. When I asked about it they stated we dont have crawfish nachos. I showed them on the menu with the QR code they simply said dont know why it’s there we dont have crawfish… so they just going serve what they want with no communication. For the price and the hype.. they need to do better.

We were served by athe rudest and most arrogant person. The shrimp and catfish po boys were good but it took 40 minutes to get the food.
Emeril should get his name away from that place. My wife told a lady that the lady couldn’t tell her how long it would take to get the food and the lady asked the servant should she order and the service person she didn’t care. The manager tried to smooth things out by giving us a free bread pudding but the counter servant needs an major attitude adjustment.
I will not eat there again. I have eaten at Emeril’s in N.O. and Orlando and they were great experiences.

Forty dollars I will never get back. As they say don’t judge a book by its cover, almost all the food was disappointing. The roll I had to rip through with my teeth with some very dry chicken underneath that was supposed to be “fried”. That sandwich alone was $19 and I couldn’t even finish it. I’m not a picky eater in the slightest either. Will say the fries were good along with the delicious Cajun mayo sauce.
On top of that, the main waitress avoided me while talking to tables around me and only talked to me to ask if I wanted another drink. Which was the size of a regular cup with a meal price. The margarita was well made however.
For that price, I’d rather have bought a Coke Zero and a bag of chips and have money left over. Talked to the tables around me and they didn’t enjoy the food either. The reviews speak for themselves. 3/10.
