The employees here obviously hate their job and it shows in how they treat customers. Including the female manager who is always the worst one. I was trying to donate $3 for the pickle bucket for the firefighters as advertised in this picture I took. I was told that the buckets are $4 not $3 even after I pointed out the sign! The manager directed the cashier to charge me $4 regardless. I was not going back out to my car for the 2nd time to grab more cash. Shame on them! They could have atleast been nice about it. Poor support for first responders.

I have been coming here since they opened. The manager is really nice. The complaint I have is the place isn’t kept up. I came here in the morning and the tables don’t look clean. The bathrooms are atrocious, the men’s room door is hard to open especially if the person is handicapped. This door has been rubbing for years, the paper towel dispenser is broken so they have the towels on a dirty toilet. If you can’t keep the place clean then close it down, you seem to be making money put some money into it!
Update- came back on 12/28 from 1:45-2:20 place is still a mess trash all over the floors, tables not cleaned. Food was good but place is empty all three guys disappeared not one cleaning up this mess. If someone doesn’t take some manager roll this place will close I think I’m done coming here. Adding photos, the last three.

Not sure if it’s through the Uber app or the mistakes are being made but on three separate orders, the consistently forget the chips, which are clearly printed on the receipt but never in the bag parrot even with additional instructions, they get missed. Now each time Uber refunds the money but it’s pretty aggravating when he ordered delivery and they consistently get missed. Unfortunately they don’t allow you to leave a review through the Uber app which is strange

There’s an older woman that works there who is just distasteful to the staff and customers. She is constantly loud, obnoxious and rude. I had placed a mobile order and went in for my food and she yelled at me because i showed up too early, my pick up time was for 5:05 and i showed up at 4:45-4:50. I feel so bad for the young girl who was working with her. I could see her frustration as the older woman bossed her around and made her uncomfortable. The older woman was coughing on everything without covering her mouth!!!! absolutely disgusting!!!! The young girl handed me my food and apologized for the lack of intelligence this older woman has. if i were the manager here i would immediately fire this lady!!!! She definitely just lost you a customer!!!!!!

Had 2 employee just stare at me as I walked in. I get up to the register to order and they are just looking at me. No hello no nothing. One of the 2 guys looked like he was on break drinking his drink and I was just an inconvenience to him. I should have known when I was 6:00 on a Friday and nobody was in there. I guess people are over spending $15 for a meal for poor service. Let me know when you get new staff.

went in to get the usual club on a sub, minus onion, add banana peppers. i saw the signage for the new bbq stack house sub and decided to give it a try… now i don’t know which is my favorite!!! it was delicious and as always the freshest bread and high quality boars head meats!!

They do not accept $50 bills not that they didn’t have change. They just don’t accept them so they literally turned down business because of that. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Do better firehouse.
