Stopped here on my visit after a local recommend it. The cannolis were good(only wish the shell was crunchy) the cream inside was perfect though, the gelato was delicious and creamy, and the Godfather sandwich was to die for. Loved the service. If I lived there I would go all the time.

Visited this pastry shop for the first time and it’s safe to say that I’ll be coming back. I have bakeries much closer to my house but this one offers a little more variety and also has seating. It was very close to closing time on Saturday but there were still people coming in. One young woman was out front and she was doing a great job helping everyone. Even though it was late in the day, my pastries were very fresh and tasted yummy! The parking lot is small but I was able to find free street parking around the corner. Can’t wait to go back and try other pastries.

I went to Biscotti Cafe for a birthday cake. Incredibly surprised by the beautiful varieties of cookies, cakes and pastries. We chose the canoli cake and it was delicious! They have a gorgeous assortment of Gelato too. You must go. They serve coffee and sandwiches too!

One of our families favorite SYR bakeries for home made Italian treats! Many varieties of Italian style cookies, scrumptious layered cakes(a must!), pies, mini pastries, cannolis, gelato. A go to secret for a tray for special occasions. We found them as they delivered four amazing cakes for a wedding event we were catering. Take out is popular. Service is exceptional!

Words cannot express how amazing the chocolate avalanche cake you made looked and tasted. I had you guys make it for my Uncle’s 70th birthday and it was the center of attention as it was so beautifully made. The detail and depth of the cake was so sophisticated. Debbie did an amazing job the cake was perfection. I am new to Syracuse from Long Island and I can tell you Biscotti’s is my new go to place. Thank you for making my Uncle’s 70th so amazing. We had our first chocolate moose cake for the first time and it was delicious. We also had some chocolate cookies – menu had a lot of stuff to look and prices were reasonable.

We had Biscotti’s make our wedding pies 11 years ago and we wanted to go back for a little nostalgia. I ordered a pumpkin pie for my wife’s birthday and it was absolutely delicious! The filling was top-notch and the crust was delectable. Love going into the shop downtown, great atmosphere, and the staff is always pleasant and attentive.
