Normally I have a great experience with Scooter’s however the last few times I’ve stopped in there has been a quality issue. Today I got two hot lattes and while mine was full, my wife’s was halfway empty. I am not the type of person to leave a bad review but this is something the store management needs to address as it has been a continual issue over the last month or so.

My sister and I stopped here for drinks. (We’re from Pennsylvania and never heard of Scooters). Both times that we went, the workers were incredibly friendly! The drinks were also really good (the first time we got wild berry smoothies, and the second time we got iced white mochas).

I love their coffee but unfortunately you never get what you order. I ordered the same thing everyday and it always comes to a different total and it always is different in how it’s made. Today I ordered my regular latte and it was just milk. There was no espresso or coffee or anything in it but milk. It’s frustrating to not get what you pay for on a repeated basis and then you feel like a Karen for wanting to say something.

I’ve become a regular at Scooters. I haven’t actually purchased a coffee from Dunkin since this location opened. Their drinks are AMAZING, the customer service fantastic, the decor outside makes me smile so big. I just wish pumpkin flavoring was available year round.

I gave them 3 stars because the food we got (pretzel bites with caramel sauce and egg bites) were delicious and the service was top notch but my vanilla latte had no vanilla syrup in it or sugar at all and tastes like drip coffee with milk, not espresso. I was so excited to try it, but I won’t be back for coffee.

The service was good, the people were sweet, but my cold brew tasted like straight battery acid and the mango smoothie was good, but definitely not super mango forward. I’d go back to try their other drinks, but the coffee and espresso drinks are a no go.

I’ve always had great experiences at scooter until the last time and I won’t be back. Your staff needs to know about coffee to work at a coffee shop. I asked for a regular iced coffee and clearly got confused. Then she just assumed what I wanted and gave me the wrong order. Then argued with me. No I don’t want a cold brew. No I don’t want a latte. I just want regular drip coffee and if you don’t have that then say that instead of arguing with me in a drive through then explaining to me 5 times what a latte is. I know what it is and it’s not what I want. Then said to me “do you want this or not”… Rudest person I’ve ever seen work there.

This place is very nice. It’s a drive thru coffee shop. You order through the drive thru and go to the window. They have reasonable prices. Their coffee is more milky and sweet than it is strong. The workers are very nice and always have a smile on their face when I come around to the window. They are pretty quick with getting their customers through the line as well. They offer milk alternatives & have many different flavors to choose from. I will continue to stop by on my way to work to get a cup of coffee from scooters!
