Had to have my coffee made 3 different times! I have no issues going in the morning but every-time i go in the afternoon after 3pm the coffee is horrible. Need the morning baristas in the afternoon too lol!

I frequent this Starbucks whenever I’m in Indiana and it is a very busy location. The staff does a great job of keeping the lines moving and no matter if it’s a food item, or something off the drink menu, you’re always guaranteed satisfaction. The baristas are always friendly and extremely upbeat. I just wish the Starbucks back home was half as good !!!

This experience was very disappointing, the store was horrid, flies were flying around above the counter and employees were NOT being respectful. They were having rude side conversations about other employees, some of which were extremely shocking because of the verbiage they were using! I did catch two young ladies that were very sweet and respectful though and feel like they should be at a completely different store with the way they were being on task and helping with other customers, I believe their names were Alahina and Ellie. Both girls took their time to check in with my husband and I while greeting us with smiles and good behavior! It was obvious they were uncomfortable with what the other employees were conversing about!! I hope these girls are being rewarded and this bad behavior stops and the cleanliness of the store improves!!!
