No hairnets no gloves touching their hair and after our drinks! The amount of attitude you receive as a paying customer is out of this world. On top they will watch you wait to order and STILL finish their personal conversation before attending you. Not okay

the foods pretty good whenever i order it! that’s the only real good comment i can give. But, everyone that works there is so rude every single time. They don’t give a damn about anyone that’s waiting for there order. they’re so impatient with everyone else.
and even with me i always smile and say thank you, but the workers don’t care. one girl straight up was just like “yes im listening you can keep going ” when i was just simply waiting for her to type it in.
my friend never orders a latte from them because they gave her regular milk twice even though she told them she’s lactose intolerant, and even when she asked them to re do it…
one time i got an iced latte and it was so watery idk what happened.. its espresso, theirs barely any water in espresso.
the one time i had a good drink was with a strawberry refresher made with green tea. but i mean it’s literally just strawberry dragon fruit concentrate filled up with ice and green tea so hard to mess up i guess!

This place is terrible. If you’re not waiting over 30 minutes for your food then they’re stealing your money with online orders because they’re actually closed but don’t say so on the app. This ruined my day when I really wanted a coffee

I was not a fan of this location for a few years as a Broward college student. However I recently gave it another try since I was starving at school. Amber has been my cashier both times I’ve visited and she is amazing. She suggested me giving dunkin refeshers another try and I fell in love with them following her suggestions. She has been great and provides amazing customer service!

Terrible! Their system is supposedly always down. And when the system is up and working the coffee tastes horrible. Tastes like miserable employees and mediocre effort. No matter how you ask them to make your coffee it’ll always taste subpar. I am confident that they’ll mess up a cup of black coffee.

25 minutes for a plain bagel and a drink, and my order was skipped while other people were getting their food and drink before mine even thought they ordered after i did. Like over 10 orders ahead!

My experience at the dunkin donuts at broward college was awful! I literally ordered a coffee with extra milk. What I got was an expresso with barely any milk because the coffee was so strong! I opened up the cup and it was BLACK. I asked the server to please give me extra milk and she told me I had to pay again. She was very rude about it and honestly she shouldn’t be working in a place where you need to speak to customers.
I didn’t catch her name but she’s the shortest server.
I literally paid for my drink already to have extra milk and then she tried to make me pay again! Absolutely not. Don’t come here if you’re expecting your food to be made right ESPECIALLY if she’s working. I mean, I paid for my coffee. It’s not like I was trying to get something for free, she didn’t make it right. I had to leave my coffee because I can’t drink coffee that strong.

As a local and a regular customer, today was my last trip here. I will patronize Publix, the Racetrac, or Wawa nearby. I ordered A sandwich, tots, a large coffee, amd a doughnut today. I skimmed through the bag while there but I didn’t catch it that they forgot to put my doughnut in the bag. I didn’t feel like going back when I arrived home. The tots had literally 4 in there, not filling a 1/4 of the bag, they shortchanged me 3 dollars, luckily I caught this before I left the drive through window. I also ordered a decaf coffee, the label didn’t say decaf..I’m just assuming that was wrong also. Last time, be weary folks.

Waited 20 minutes for a hot medium coffee with cream and sugar. When it finally arrived, it had no creamer. Update this place is still very unorganized. Every order is a problem.
