Never have issues at any other penn station. I guess today was just a bad day. I requested teriyaki and got NONE. Called the store and was told I should have requested extra. Never again will I go to this location because it’s the small things that matter most!!!

I’m being nice..My coworkers and I stop by and ordered the monthly special.With that being said there really shouldn’t be any confusion ️WRONG they decided to do what they wanted even though the receipt clearly shows the order.1.Wrong size they did a Lego build a sandwich by piecing together a small and extra to equal a regular instead of making a REGULAR!2.The sandwich is clearly missing things like pizza sauce.3.The old man manager had an attitude like she was bothering him I guess washing the walls by the fryer had him frustrated. The young lady on the frier was the only one trying to slove it! I hope CORPORATE SEES THIS. Oh I do have video and pictures too back up what I’m posting

No one smile one person said one walking in the girl at the register stared at me until I spoke to her I got a cheese steak and a small fry do they not give you whole fries anymore the sandwich was so slimy on the outside I had to eat it with a fork the ketchup packets that were thrown in the bag we’re stuck together with some kind of gunk for 11.31 dissatisfied

I ordered two large philly cheese steaks with everything on it for one and evertthing on it for another with light mayo and light pizza sauce.
I received two very skinny sandwiches and didn’t think much of it when I went home. Opened them to find the sandwiches have cheese steak, cheese, and pizza sauce. Nothing else. I am very disappointed and I don’t understand how this happened. If they were out of ingredients they should have said so.

There are not too many places left that have good food in great service on this side of town anymore but this place definitely does. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Always quick and delicious. Even though the staff have to keep the line moving during lunch, I still leave feeling well taken care of. Today they was training someone and several people would help while doing there own tasks. No one drop a beat and showed some of the best team work/support I’ve seen in a long time.

I spent $40 on 3 sandwiches, I gotta turkey avocado that had only turkey and mayo. I called to let them know. He said they close in 10 min and unless I have the sandwich to return I’m just outta luck. After workin 12 hours today, I chucked it up as a loss cause I didn’t feel like driving back to return it.
