We sat in the dining area tonight in hopes of getting our food quicker. My boyfriend received his sushi fairly quickly but I received my hibachi dinner 40 minutes after him. My food was cold and you can tell my chicken was cooked previously and reheated and the vegetables came from a frozen food bag. Our waiter abandoned us after our appetizer arrived and he went to go be a host and didn’t give us to another server. The waiting area became overflowed and a large group of 10-15 grown adults drinking surrounded our table. They were practically standing over our table to where it was hard for us to get out of our seats. I had to stand up and search for a server to give us our ticket because nobody checked on us after my food was brought. We also had to get back up and payout at the sushi counter. Overall we had a terrible experience and are very disappointed.

It was my first time trying Shogun a couple of weeks ago for a friends birthday. The atmosphere was nice, and we were seated quickly, but it literally took 30 minutes-1 hour before our food (hibachi) was prepared. However, I understand things happen and they may have been short staffed that night. The food was good so I will definitely try it again soon.

Another first visit. We looked @ the menu & noticed they were nearby so we decided to try them for my daughter’s birthday. What a great choice! The plating was Micheline star quality & the food was just as good. I recommend the rolls but honestly, you can’t go wrong.

This was our first time going to Shogun. Our chef name was Big John and he was awesome. I wish I knew our waitress name but she was wonderful as well. Food and drinks were excellent and well worth it you definitely get your money worth

First time coming here last night and everything was amazing!! Only took us about 10 minutes to be seated. A server named Amanda and a bunch of other staff kept gave us a warn welcome and kept us entertained while we waited. The chef was lively and funny and our food came quick!! Wonderful experience for a first time. Me and my date are so glad we came here for dinner. And it goes without saying the food was amazing!! We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed a quiet dinner date in the sushi lounge. I ate the Crazy ShoGuns roll it was delicious. It has 4 different proteins (shrimp, crab, Tuna, eel). It has a little spicy taste that makes it perfect. My husband ate hibachi steak. He said it was great. The wait staff did an excellent job.
