Disappointment. As a lifelong fan of Little Caesars, I was hopeful when I walked in. First impression, the lady at the cash register didnt speak English enough to take our order and needed an interpreter. Between the 2 employees, they got our order. One hot and ready cheese, one crazy bread(also hot and ready), one pan pepperoni pizza. 20 minutes later, the pizza literally tasted like they had been made, but the sauce was wiped off. Not missing, there was a hint of sauce, but nothing like its supposed to be. Between the awkwardness of not being able to communicate, the weird little lobby and the pizza that literally tasted like it wanted to be good, but just didnt have the strength, it was probably my least favorite experience at a Little Caesars. BTW, the dipping sauce for the crazy bread also tasted weak. Was it watered down? Not have the spices mixed in? Who knows.

The amount of incompetence is astounding. I placed a mobile order through the app. My Dasher stole my order. Customer service canceled my order when I didn’t ask them to. When I called the store to try and place an order for me to go down there and pick up, somebody answered the phone with silence. I said hello, more silence, I said hello again, and they hung up. I called them back, there was a busy tone. After another moment, my friend called from her phone, they answered, and walked away from the phone. We could hear people moving and doing things in the background, but when she was saying, “ hello,” nobody answered and left the phone sitting there. We’ve been trying to call back for over 45 minutes, still a busy tone because they took the phone off the hook. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. What was supposed to take at most an hour turned into three hours of straight bullshit.

First off they didn’t have windows and that should of made me turn around and leave but i saw other customers so i gave them the benefit of doubt . The staff were all young and told me they didnt have a manager. They messed up the order then immediately start speaking another language. Well i thought they made it right since i was watching but i left and had to turn around and bring this uneatable mess back the pizza was sloppy, smeared and stuck to the box with food stuck under it and had a massive air bubble of uncooked dough aswell and the bread sticks were as as solid as a brick and gummy in other areas and got stuck in my teeth oh my gosh i have never encountered such mess this franchise location is one ill never ever return to..and to top it off daisy b tried to remove her name from the receipt after she took the food to the back and tossed the box on the counter and the girl at the register acted as if we werent there not a word to us smh. Also flies flying around , staff had No gloves or hairnets

I ordered a custom thin crust pizza, I waited over 15 minutes to receive the pizza. I live 30 minutes away and when I got home and started eating I realized there was wax paper still on top of the crust with my pizza toppings cooked on top. I started peeling the toppings off and the wax paper was all over the pizza!!!!!! Absolutely horrible.

We called to try and place an order after recently losing my wife and the employees were rude and childish kept passing the phone around between each other laughing and giggling saying here you take it no you take. It was very disrespectful and rude we will not be eating here anytime soon until some one teaches there employees to be respectful and do their job and quit acting like two yr olds.

Update: last time i went, Florinda, the girl at drive-thru window kept saying 2, I ordered what i always order which is the cheapest item 1 of the original pepperoni but she kept putting words in my mouth saying that I said 2 of something I didn’t even hear what she was saying back to me because she was slurring her words and talking fast. And when she said $16, it sounded like $6, so I wasn’t sure and checked the receipt which showed 2 of something for $16 which is how i know for a fact she charged me for the wrong thing. How exactly does “one original pepperoni pizza” sound like “two” of whatever she said. Idk if she’s on something or she is just tired and getting mixed up with other orders. But it was a really unpleasant experience to be accused of saying something I’m not, I’ve had enough of that in life really don’t want to deal with that when I’m starved.

I went into this store today to order a pizza online via my phone but needed some help. I had a piece of paper in my hand regarding a school fundraiser and wanted to make sure I ordered it correctly. After discussing with two employees, they sent the manager. This is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in a customer service environment. She jerked the paper out of my hand and was yelling what did I expect her to do with this and waiving it in my face. Then she said this store NO NO. How can someone with that type of service be a manger. I have contacted the corporate of Little Casears. Although they may be a franchise, they should still be held accountable for the same standards that the corporate stores have. Never Ever will I go into that store again, and believe me, I will tell everyone I know in Ellijay, which is alot of people my experience. Shame on you.

Pretzel crust::
My wife and I went and ordered the pretzel crust that I have seen on TV and have been expecting for a couple of months to enjoy however:
Little Caesars has definitely gone downhill I used to enjoy their pizza on regular basis We had the pretzel crust and it was terrible The crust itself was good however they decided that they wanted to put this nacho cheese on instead of the red sauce definitely a big no so make sure you ask for no nacho cheese if you want to enjoy your pizza.

Ordering shouldn’t be a hassle, but 3 transactions later, order was correctly placed. Waited 25 min and 4 customers (who ordered after) later, then walked in to find out where the pizza was we ordered. Only explanation was my order was flagged as “gone”…so an hour would have gone by and nobody would’ve noticed. Returned $50 order and went up the road to the next pizza place.
