I ordered a pizza last week which was missing a few toppings, I called back and spoke with a gentleman who claimed to be the manager who seemed personally offended when I described what was wrong with my order as he if he personally made it. It was missing mushrooms, and their large empty spots without cheese only globs of marinara sauce; when I ordered extra cheese. He offered me a credit to rectify the situation. When I called back just a few days later there was no credit in the system. After years of living in Kirkwood without a Papa John’s, I’d been used to Domino’s and was very disappointed with this experience as Papa John’s has always been a favorite!
However the manager who took my call Lex, she was very professional, understanding an empathetic and went ahead and not only replaced my order; without a delivery charge, she even upgraded my pizza from a large to an extra large. When my pizza arrived it was perfectly made and delicious! Needless to say she restored my favor to Papa John’s Pizza again! Thank you for the excellent service, care and wonderfully made pizza!
I hope Papa John’s realized how important hiring the right individual such as Lex can truly help customer retention, she needs to be recognized an given a raise or st minimum extra stock in tbe company! Because she truly cares about the companies public perception, and give excellent customer service! Which sadly is lacking in most fast food restaurants these days.
I’m uploading a picture of my perfect pizza, it’s perfection! Now, doesn’t that make you want to order your own delicious pizza from Papa John’s Pizza? I recommend the NY style crust, it’s the best!

The fact that anyone in this store allowed this pizza to leave the store and be delivered to a customer is absolutely abysmal. Half of the pizza had no cheese or toppings and the pieces that did, the crust was stale and hard as a rock. Customer service… lolol. Save your money and order elsewhere.

The food is always amazing! However the other night when we went to pick up our pizza there was a complete lack of hospitality or service. It took two minutes for any of the 5 workers to acknowledge us, and we were just picking up a pizza. They were loudly talking about how they were all over today and how they should just close early (all before looking up at us). As someone in the service industry no matter how the day is going you can at least smile and greet someone especially when you’re a few feet away.

The delivery was very quick and fast I was very pleased with that it was about 30 minutes ahead of time from what they originally said. The pizza although was not that great they were very little toppings I might as well have ordered a cheese pizza basically. I ordered the deluxe also known as the supreme some places and there was hardly anything on it I couldn’t believe it so I’m not happy with the product you did not taste well I will be posting pictures but they’re just wasn’t much on those pizzas. Their speed is incredible though at least this time around it was. Update the new pan pizza is very good but it was a little undercooked I realized a brand new in the pan pizza business I think it’s going to be very well I would let the pizzas cook for at least one or two more minutes but they were fantastic I put them in the microwave they finished cooking it was great for considering they are so new with pan pizza. The slices of pizza on the pan pizzas are so thick you will understand they need to be cooked a little bit longer but they were still very tasty once I cook them a little bit longer I definitely recommend trying to pan pizza go get it figured out it will be a hit

Ordered delivery and the order went to a door dash driver who accepted the order and marked it as complete to steal the tip without picking up or delivering any food. Received a call from the manager explaining the situation before I watched the door dash driver drive by me without stopping to deliver any food. Fortunately this was caught immediately by this location and fixed before I realized there was any issue with my pizzas remade fresh arriving in a timely manner.

I got a pizza for delivery, I cannot eat tomatoes so I ordered it with an alternative sauce, I got the completely wrong pizza, in which I could not eat. But thankfully I made a call to the location, and the quickly sent out another pizza that was correct. I wish my food was never delivered incorrectly, but the fact that they sent another no issue means they have good intentions.

I come to this location quite regularly! It’s usually lex working when I go, she always greets me the min I come in by name (I love when workers take the time to remember someone) she is always working so hard sometimes when I come in it seems like she is working alone im not sure if she is or not but she holds it down my pizza is done at a decent time everytime she has amazing energy! I never really write reviews but I had to after learning her name I just wanted her to be recognized and know that I appreciate her for making my experience amazing everytime I come in for pizza!

I would like to shout out the manager, Lex. My son ordered an 8 piece wing online but only a 6 piece was delivered. Lex acknowledged that the order was incorrect and wasted no time rectifying the issue. Her kindness, understanding, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. And the food was delivered hot and delicious. Thank you.

I ordered BBQ pizza. She put on too much BBQ sauce. I said I didn’t order for extra sauce. She kept arguing that she didn’t put extra sauce. Then she said she’d make it again but it would take time! So we came back. My son and husband are somehow as they were very hungry. I did eat cz I knew I’d get sick if I ate this much sauce! I’d never come here willingly!

Ordered delivery to my work. Waited for delivery to come just to check the tracker and it showed it had been delivered. Called to see where my delivery was, got a hold of the manager I believe only to hear that their delivery driver had knocked on the doors of an open business instead of coming in and then was told they called several times in which I had only one missed call. Not only did they not come in or even try the front door or tried called more than once or even left a voice mail but had chose to leave.
I’ve had them deliver once before and quite liked the driver from then but this time it completely screwed a planned lunch.
The manager was nice enough to offer a full discount of my order on my next order at this location which is appreciated but I doubt I’ll order again. I can’t have unreliable delivery. Love the company just a shame this store had a poor driver.
