Joseph’s is a Family Owned Valley Original TAKE OUT Restaurant, Italian Market, special event baker and off-sit caterer (No Indoor Dining) located in Glen, NH…just north of North Conway. We have been serving up great Italian food and pizza for 40 years! We serve our entire menu for take out only but have expanded our business to include an Italian Market with heat and eat and take and bake options. We also do order ahead catering to feed a crowd. Come visit and let us put a smile on your face!
Enduring, family-run eatery serving pizza, pasta & other comfort foods in a down-to-earth setting.

Always good. Take out only but worth the quality and portions of food.
Everything has that homemade taste.
I will say for the times that we go there that the prices for the pizzas and the size they are , 10″, ⚠️⚠️⚠️they are on the very expensive side They are delicious just very pricey to me. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ All in all a well worth your time to visit for meals. You won’t be disappointed. We also get something from the market attached to it. The truffle cheese is delicious!

The portions of the food were generous. One portion could feed at least two adults. I had a hard time choosing which meals we wanted to try so I just got a little bit of everything. I tried the Greek salad can feed 4 generously, the salmon pasta with artichokes (ours was a smaller portions feeds 2), the lasagna with bologna sauce ( feeds 2), the white mushroom spaghetti (feeds 3), the red clam spaghetti, and two loaves of bread. We ate like Italian royalty. Everything was hot and fresh and perfectly timed for us to pick it up from our drive from Brenton Woods. Thank you, Cindy for helping to make our sampling of your restaurant a success. I think next time we might try some of the desserts.

The pizzas were all delicious. We obviously had to try the spaghetti and meatballs, and we went with the homemade sauce, which was amazing. It reminded me of my grandfather’s sauce. We also got the chicken peccata, which was also amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant for take out because they do not offer dine in service, which really stinks. They also sell frozen pizzas, which is great for a quick meal after a busy day.

Delicious!!! From the get go they were friendly on the phone, and the order was quick and easy. When I picked it up, they continued to be so welcoming and offered assistance if I needed any recommendations for wine to go with our meals. But the real star, the meals! Everything was SO good. We got the Caprese that came with a lovely pesto on top. We also got the Eggplant Parm with House Sauce and the Spaghetti Combo with Bolognese, again both delicious. Give them a try if you’re looking for really excellent takeout and a good experience!

We had five different dishes. The portions are huge. The bread is boring. All the sauces taste like they’re out of a can. What we spent $175 for we could have gotten for $15 at Walmart. The chicken was not sauteed, it was oven baked. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Popped into Joeseph’s on a recent trip to the area and got a pizza. It’s take out only but I was already planning on getting food to go. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. There were appetizers out and they were doing a wine tasting. The food was very good. After telling a friend that lives locally that we had been there, he asked if we had tried the lasagna. We had not. Obviously we couldn’t finish our trip without trying it. Made the trip back and got the lasagna and a white pizza (white pizza had been out for appetizer the night before and was excellent). We were not disappointed. We will be returning to Joseph’s on any subsequent trips we make to the area! Lovely staff and yummy food.

This place has great, authentic Italian food. Opened originally as a breakfast restaurant by an Italian immigrant, it has evolved into what you see today. The restaurant is take-out only. You can call and order ahead. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. Take that opportunity to take a look around the Italian market. It seemed that the frozen pot pies are a big hit with the bikers. The pot pies are big. I had the Spaghetti with meatballs and the house sauce, which featured mushrooms, some veggies and meat. It was fantastic! The others in my party had the eggplant parmasean and roasted red pepper pesto. They loved it. A great meal!

My family and I were staying for a week and we had a GREAT takeout dinner.. only thing wrong was I bought wine somewhere else! Guess we have to go back! Good marinara, tasty meatballs.. cannoli were pre-filled but still fresh. Garlic butter and full loaf of bread – chef’s kiss! Cheers

Take out only place, no in-person tables, FYI. Worked well for me as I was traveling solo. Took it back to my hotel. I was in town for a few days doing some hiking. Ordered a pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs with the house sauce. Very good and the portions were large, so had leftovers the next day! Meal also came with a whole loaf of bread and garlic butter! Talked with the owner for a few minutes, she was very nice and told me about the business and the store in there now, where you can buy wines and other Italian foods. Would come here again when I’m in the area. Recommended!

The food was awesome and the place was cozy. When we arrived it was empty but soon filled up with guests. Our waiter was nice and attentive and took care of us well.
I only have one complaint and that is that I wish the chicken parm had a breaded option instead of just grilled. I prefer the chicken to be dryer which the breading helps with, then I dip it in the sauce as I eat so it’s not water logged. This was grilled and then placed in a dish with sauce and then topped with cheese. It was still good just not they way I would’ve liked it.
If they change it up I’ll definitely come back to try that out. Not pictured was the apple crisp we got to go, which was fantastic!
