Decided to get breakfast delivered from huddle house and ordered pancakes, hash browns, eggs and turkey sausage which was all pretty good. The pancakes were slightly burnt but they were still okay enough to eat. We also tried the blueberry muffin bites which we hated, they were burnt and hard, we still tried to break them apart and taste them, it was very dry, horrible taste like it was old we definitely would never get those again. Overall, food was fine and warm.

Poor communication and processes. I placed a online order via the Huddle House website which was processed. Only to arrive to this location on Evans Street to learn that they didn’t receive an online order and that they don’t take online orders and that someone should have contacted me regarding the order per the staff and the owner. Instead of offering to proceed with preparing the order as it was a inconvenience and lack of communication on their end, they provided me with a phone number to their corporate office to call for a refund. I spoke with the owner and he was indeed polite but didn’t provide any solutions beyond calling corporate. Nor did he try to rectify the situation in house by offering a courtesy coupon or a one time meal replacement. He explained that he was unable to assist due to issues of previous customers placing orders online and then canceling payments after pickup. I truly understand his concerns as a business owner but all customers shouldn’t have to be held liable for others actions or the lack of communication and a gap in business processes. Now I have to wait 72 hours to hear back from Corporate regarding a refund, which is a real inconvenience. I gave two stars because at least the staff was polite. My strong recommendation to the owner is to have the Online Order feature disable as soon as possible to ensure this isnt a continuous issue for the honest customer.
Update 11/20/25: It will be a week tomorrow and I haven’t heard back from Huddle House corporate regarding a refund. Which I feel the owner of this establishment is fully aware that getting a refund from their corporate office would be impossible.

Every morning around 7am+/- my family and I go to the HH location in Florence on W. Evans. It is always consistently delicious, constantly comfortable, & realistically priced well. Raye Davis along with Kristen do an amazing job. Thank You for being the BEST hands down.

I ordered breakfast online on 11-10-25. I was called 5 minutes later and told they don’t do online orders. They gave me a number for a refund. I called the number and it was Edna insurance. Drove to store and called the same number in front of them, the number has nothing to do with Huddle House. I can’t get a refund and I can’t get my breakfast. DO NOT come here or any other Huddle House. Literally stole $13.00 from me.

Let’s just start by saying I am a frequent customer at Huddle House for well over 10 years , my husband & I. So much so the cook knows us and always make a point to greet & talk with us. Nice guy! Today I visited the establishment (W. Evans St) to get something to eat & do some work on my laptop. I will admit I was there a few hours.No big deal sitting quietly by myself. There were hardly any customer there. Most of the tables were empty. The owner( black guy) came back and ask me to leave and stated customers aren’t allowed to occupy a table after you have eaten. I look at him like he was crazy, but said ok I will leave. I was not using the free huddle house guest WiFi. I was using my own hotspot. I was not disturbing anyone there was only 2 other customers there. I was not loud. I sat quietly and the waitresses were not complaining either. So I was very taken back his rudeness. My husband & I will NEVER step foot back in that place! He lost our business for sure!!!!! Makes no sense to me!! I am even more appalled that he is BLACK & being rude to a BLACK woman.

Ordered simple eggs bacon and toast. Waitress was nice. Toass was a little bit too brown, very dry, and not really warm. Other than that the eggs and bacon cooked very well.

1st Huddle House experience. Stopped in for lunch, was greeted warmly & the restaurant was clean. My server was kind, made suggestions & food came out quickly. I ordered the Smash burger combo: fresh, seasoned well & bun perfectly grilled. The chef and his son were exceptionally kind, great conversation. Will be returning soon!
