Sent my fiance and son up to get dinner. The workers put the Mac and cheese side in the bag but forgot the crispy chicken sandwich with cheese added meal. So I sent them back up to get it. The worker asked 2 different times about the cheese and then gives them the meal. They get home no cheese. Don’t recommend going here they’re clearly incompetent or too stoned to do their jobs. Dec 23rd 2025 around 7pm is when this occurred.

Horrible food, it’s really changed in the last 6 to 8 months. Not sure what the deal is since they have help. My fiancee ordered 3 items and came home with only 2. Of the 2 items one was overcooked. He called, went back and brought all 3 originally ordered items back. Of the 3 items the one was again overcooked. They should have hired me when they had the chance during the winter. I wasn’t offered the job because the manager makes the same money I was asking for….

The food is garbage, specifically the chicken wraps. Chicken was hard, lettuce appeared to be discarded scraps. Will not be eating at Arby’s again.

When ordering a buffalo chicken sandwich with no ranch, added bacon, they put a copious amount of ranch onto it. When I tried to get it fixed, they refused to put bacon on it and added even more ranch. When I asked them to fix it again they refused to. I could’ve gotten sick because of them. They’ve got terrible customer service.

The negative reviews for this place are spot on. Slow service, cold food, fries half full….. Anyone would be better off waiting in the much longer lines at Taco Bell and Culver’s next door. Terrible.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews but this location has certainly gone downhill. I tried going through the drive-thru on a Saturday around 3:40 and the person trying to take my order over the speaker kept asking me to repeat every single thing I ordered like they weren’t listening. This is very frustrating. After about a minute of our back and forth I just gave up and told him never mind and left without ordering a single thing. This location could learn a lot from the location on Brown Road. That one never fails to deliver. From now on I’m just going to drive a little further to that one because they have their act together.
