A great little restaurant. More people coming in for takeout than in the restaurant. The peanut sauce shrimp was wonderful. Very nicely presented with the broccoli rimming the plate. The peanut sauce was flavorful. I ordered level 2 spice. Should have gone 3. The shrimp were cooked properly and flavorful. I would go there again if I get back here.

This gem really captures what I always say: “Don’t judge a place by its exterior.” Don’t let the exterior fool you—Bangkok Orchid is a diamond in the rough. I’ve only ever ordered delivery and had never seen the place in person; when I finally did, I was honest—no way I’d stop in to eat there. I was honestly shocked at the quality of the food considering the exterior. Totally authentic flavors, well-balanced spices, and generous portions. Also FYI it’s BYOB. Once you get a taste, the outside won’t matter. Highly recommend.

Went here as a DoorDasher was alerted on the app that the order for my customer was ready. On the app it tells us to ask for an estimated time that the food would be ready, I was informed that they had just opened I said okay great how long would it take I began to explain that I had another order and the person upfront proceeded to talk over me, was very rude and began speaking in her own language while pointing at me. I stopped her and asked her why she was speaking over me and told her to quit being rude I just asked a question! This place is out of date and stunk like a fish market!! Wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

Our son who lived in Thailand ordered for us. We took our chances tonight and celebrated a family birthday. We ordered several different dishes and were pleased with each one. The chef was pleasantly helpful and the wait staff was efficient. It made for a wonderful celebration. Our son said before tonight that he had difficulty finding authentic Thai food. “Tonight” he said “was the very best.”

Placed 2 orders through door dash, sent my son to pick up, he accidentally just got one. I was a bit upset at first but as always the food placed a smile on my face, always delicious. I have ordered from here multiple times and will continue buying from this restaurant, it’s well worth the calorie consumption and I wouldn’t mind cheating on my diet and gaining a few lbs when eating from here
