I got the famous Philly and added mushrooms and jalapeños. It came out maybe 2 minutes after I ordered. It was too hot to eat (a good thing) so I opened it up and took a couple pictures. Then it was perfect. The cheese was perfectly gooey, the peppers, onions, jalapeños, and mushrooms were in perfect ratio to the sliced beef. It’s difficult to imagine a better Philly in 2 minutes. It was 15$ after my 2 add-ons (reasonable). Thank you Jersey Mike’s!!! I didn’t give the atmosphere 5 stars because there wasn’t anything that separated it from any other fast food place. Also I didn’t see any outlets to charge my phone.

1/11/23 Our SECOND visit to Jersey Mikes and what can we say, it was BETTER than the first. Not sure how that could have been possible but it is! Grabbed lunch on our way home from Seattle and we couldn’t be more pleased! The staff are phenomenal, truly. It REALLY IS “A sub above”!!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Our FIRST Jersey Mikes Subs and boy were they FRESH, TASTY, MADE WITH CARE & we are already looking forward towards our next visit. The young fellow that made our subs was professional, thoughtful, caring and respectful! We visited 11/30/22 @ 1:37 p.m. I greatly appreciate what Jersey Mikes as a corporation does for our communities, now I can help support these causes with future purchases!!!!!

I usually have no issues at this Jersey Mike’s and come here regularly, but this visit was terrible because of one employee. The red-haired guy working there was extremely rude. We bought a 3-pack of cookies and they were completely burnt. When we asked for replacements, he didn’t even look at them or ask any questions—just immediately said, “That’s how we cook them and that’s how cookies look.”
On top of that, his attitude toward his fellow coworkers was just as bad—dismissive and disrespectful. No customer service, no attempt to resolve the issue, and an overall hostile vibe. Someone like that shouldn’t be working front-facing customer service. There are plenty of people who would appreciate and care about this job more than he clearly does.

I really like JM as a chain but twice I have driven out of my way to come here, and twice they’ve been out of rosemary bread. Couldn’t tell you what else they might have been out of cause we never made it that far. I won’t be trying a third time.
