This place was so overpriced and such a letdown. It was over eighty dollars just for 2 people. The food was very bland and not good. Also, they add-on a 15% automatic gratuity when you’re not even being served by humans. You cook the food yourself so there is literally no service. We will not be back. I could have made a better hot pot at home and I will do that next time. Such a letdown. They also need a health inspection. Their floors were covered in old food and nastiness. My baby dropped her toy in the floor under the seat, and it was so gross in the floor that I didn’t even want to touch it, so we just left it. I’ve never seen such gross floor in a restaurant

I had the lamb and pork meats with the plain original broth. The meat selections were fresh, especially the lamb, which had a rich flavor that paired perfectly with the simplicity of the broth. The original broth was light but flavorful enough to let the meats shine, creating a great base to build on with sauces and vegetables. It was a satisfying, no-fuss experience that hit the spot for a cozy, comforting meal.

So disappointed in this place. Tried it for the first time and everything was so bland. Also, they add on a 15%service charge for 2 people when you aren’t receiving any service. All they do is bring you a pot and you cook and serve yourself. Cup ramen would have been better. I’ll never go here again. Waste of money! $80+ for just 2 people.

We went here for a family date night. Such an amazing experience. My kids really enjoyed themselves; especially with having their own individual pots.

Vegan friendly a must for us. They had different options.

Pricey, but it is all you can it. We ate so much and left super full.

Highly recommend.

Great Hot Pot. Bring an appetite if you do the ‘All you can Eat’.
Attentive staff. Good service.
Fun with the trains bringing some of your orders out.
Conveyor belt for staples (noodles & veggies etc)
Fridge for dumplings etc
Sauce station to mix your own dip.

This place was horrible. A complete waste of money. They add on a 15% service fee for just 2 people. Usually that’s for 6+ people. Absolutely ridiculous when you aren’t receiving any service. You cook the food and serve yourself. I’ll never be back. Absolutely disgusting.

My daughter and I absolutely love hotpot, and we recently visited the Hotpot Shabushabu at Aiea Pearlridge Mall. It’s a great spot, especially after a long day of shopping!

Even though my daughter doesn’t eat much, we definitely make our money’s worth because I can eat a lot! My favorite item is the fishball with roe—it’s so delicious and always hits the spot.

The restaurant is pretty new, which means everything is super clean and well-kept. It’s a cozy place to warm up if you’re feeling cold after wandering around the mall. Plus, all their locations have a similar vibe and quality, so you know what to expect.

If you’re in the area and craving hotpot, this place is a must-visit! It’s perfect for families and anyone looking to enjoy a comforting meal.

Saw a dead bug on the baby corn, and noticed mold on the pumpkin after I already put some in the soup. Mgr said sorry but wouldn’t change the soup or give us any kind of discount. We will never go back there again.

Hate this place, went with my gf only two us and was FOR SOME REASON THERES A SERVICE CHARGE FOR TWO PEOPLE? 15% service charge when all they did was bring over two pots, two sodas, and asked what meat we wanted. Crazy that most things there were given via the machine they have. Usually I thought places charges a service charge for 6+. People but over here they charge you for two people too which is stupid of them. Not to mention that the service was horrible. Never eating her ever again, all a bunch of clowns and greedy people.
