I honestly cannot recall a truly stellar meal — complete with amazing service and attention to detail — until we had the opportunity to dine here. My husband and I were absolutely blown away.
Within ten minutes of being seated, we were served an amuse-bouche of funchi hasa with tomato jam — a delightful start that set the tone for the evening. My husband ordered a “Local Mule,” while I chose the Bloody Mary, which came garnished with a skewer of olives, shrimp, a tempura lobster tail, and a few jalapeños. I drink Bloody Marys regularly, and this was easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
For dinner, we both ordered the Lobster Pasta — featuring blackened pasta, a lobster tail in a rich garlic cream sauce, and a side of arugula. Every element of the dish complemented the others perfectly. It was truly exceptional.
We finished the meal with espressos and a serving of caramel gelato — the perfect ending to a remarkable dining experience.
This was, without question, the most memorable meal we’ve had in Aruba. If you find yourself in Oranjestad, make sure to reserve a table here.

Incredible food that is very sophisticated in its flavor profile and composition, and yet not overcomplicated. Coupled with fantastic service—you really feel like family. And a gorgeous outdoor patio. Easily one of my favorite restaurants on the Island and one we return to on every trip.

I’ve been curious about Taste my Aruba for a while and was pleasantly surprised by the venue. It has three distinct, great spaces: a spacious main hall, a very charming patio, and an enclosed area in the back (likely for events).
We arrived late without a reservation, and perhaps because of that, about 30% of the menu was unavailable. However, the dishes we did order were excellent. Our waitress seemed a bit lost—maybe she was new—but her extreme friendliness more than made up for any minor hiccups. Definitely worth a visit!

Natalie, Sean and Cindy were so much fun to work with. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great. The sour sop martini was amazing and I’m not a martini fan. 100/10

The atmosphere and ambiance is outstanding. The food was given a four-star rating versus a five-star rating because they were missing several key dishes on the menu that we specifically wanted.

We tried Taste My Aruba for the first time last night. We experienced fabulous service & delicious food. We ordered three different dishes, but our favorite was the Lobster Pasta. We also enjoyed a slice of carrot cake to finish our meal. Before leaving, we made reservations to come the last night of our trip because this was our favorite restaurant on our trip! I would highly recommend making a reservation!

I am not someone who posts alot but Taste My Aruba is a true gem. My wife and I had dinner there Saturday December 6. The place is beautiful. Ask Nathaly, the owner, the history behind the building. Freindly servers and very helpful. We shared the empanada appatizer which is made in house freash. Perfect. I then had the fresh snapper. We stayed in Aruba for a week. After dinner I made a resrvation to come back on Monday….. It was just that good. On Monday my wife had the Lobster which she says was the best lobster ever. I confess that I had the snapper again, so unlike me but I could not resist.
