My experience at wingstop was spectacular. The service was so amazing, thanks to Allison and her crew. They was very helpful in deciding whats best, hottest and most desirable. The food was fresh and very fast! They have a beautiful atmosphere and I will be visiting again! Great job guys!

Ordered the 15 pcs meal combo for 2. Hawaiian and garlic parmasan flavor came with fries and drinks. Also ordered a chicken sandwich with lemon pepper flavor. The wings were delicious, a lot of flavor to it. Was perfectly cooked, Cajun fries nice and crisps. The chicken sandwich chicken dry no flavor plain crispy overcook chicken. Excellent customer service.

If i could get my $10.54 back that would be nice. If I could give 0 and still do a review I would! First they got my order wrong today at 2:50pm then I called and asked to get a refund or if i could pick up my correct order when I got off. The guy I spoke to at 2:50pm was kind and very apologetic. The problem was the ENTIRE NIGHT CREW. The guy from earlier told me just walk in tell them to look in the book and the meal will be remade. They did not bother to look in any book instead I was giving the customers receipt before me by their cashier and he proceeded to tell me that he will give me whatever i want if i filled out the survey( dont worry I did and I had nothing nice to say) the entire staff is unprofessional and rude. They were making fun of customers name infront of the customer and it was completely uncalled for. But thats not even it. I got my order remade and i received exactly 10 fries in a regular fry order the problem is that my first order the fries were full and I even had extra fries that fell at the bottom of my bag. Please fire your night crew and hire new people. I took photos and if I could post them I would because the disbelief i am feeling especially waiting 15 minutes to get a BS undercooked food.

Ordered $150 worth of wings and fries and did not get ANY fries or sides – customer service was just a frustrating waste of time. I will NEVER do business with them again. Easier to cook 75 wings myself!

Based on these high rating it is clear that the employess here know how to treat people. So imagine my surprise when i walked in and no one greeted me. Eventually once the cashiers were done talking to eachother they finally acknowledged me. When i asked how he was doing he stared at me for a long time then just walked away from me without saying anything and made his coworker help me. His coworker then had to sign in to the register right in front of me which was embarrassing and unprofessional. I ordered a 3 piece tender and asked if it would take 15 minutes and they responded it would take 8 minutes. The food was done in 3 meaning it wasnt fresh. I used to work for wingstop and am good friends with Anthony Jaramillo who is the area manager in New Mexico. This is embarrassing for a restaurant with such high ratings to abandon all of their training and treat me this way. I look forward to a response. This all took place at 2:45 on 10/21

A couple of months ago I had an issue with an order being wrong, as well as the order taking significantly longer than it should have for only two tenders. First of all, I called to ask to talk to the manager which took forever to get through to him. But once I was speaking with him he was giving me push back when I told him that I had waited well over half an hour for only two chicken tenders. He immediately gave me push back, and said he knew for a fact wait times we’re not that long. Okay well then why was I waiting for that long??? Are you calling me a liar? I get they have to protect themselves against people trying to get free food but when I actually had my order wrong AND it took way too long considering they weren’t busy and considering the size of my order, I don’t expect to be given a hard time about it. And as others have said in reviews here, I was also told that when I come in for my replacement order, to let the employees know that I was in “the book”. Well, there doesn’t seem to be very good communication here because when I told them I was in the book it didn’t seem like anybody had any idea what I was talking about and they just kind of shrugged and said “okay we guess we can do it this time”

Waited 30 min for food after placing the order at the counter. I asked the staff what was happening they was just sitting doing nothing in the back .
They just completely skipped cooking my food. At least they just refunded my money. Bummer definitely a staffing trubbel and manager trubbel.
They need structure and new staff
