This particular Jersey Mikes location is excellent. I’ve been ordering subs from here through the app for years now and I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem. Even when I order for the whole crew. 10 subs, no errors and the bread is always fresh. Whoever manages this store is doing it right.

Don’t waste your time or money at this location go to the one in Gibsonton. Disgusting hot sandwiches. They don’t take the time to chop up the meat properly. Sodas are as flat the staff’s personalities.

This place places place as quickly become my favorite sandwich place. The bread is delicious but not too thick and there is always plenty of meat and veggies on every sandwich. I prefer to not get it with the red vinegarette because I usually eat it later and that tends to make it soggy if not eating right away. Sandwiches are always delicious and consistent! Thank you!

I ordered my sandwich with Jason. He right away was moving and speaking quickly. I told him 2xs that I wanted my sandwich a certain way and he quickly talked over me telling me, we do the veggies on this side after the sandwich is done on the grill. And of course, no condiments were put on my sandwich at all. I called and spoke with the manager Maria who did try and compensate by telling me I’ll get a free reg. Sandwich on my next visit, but what I didn’t appreciate was her continously telling me that he said he didn’t hear me and/or i should have reminded him. She kept brushing the fact off that I know that he did hear me but was quickly trying to get my order over with and not paying full attention to his customer. And there was no other customers in the store at the time so there was no need to rush me out the way that he did. The free Sandwich is appreciated but the customer service was not at all.

I paid almost 18 dollars for a gluten free Philly cheese steak…mind you damn near more bread then the filling inside. Got 2 bags of chips no drink …and they didn’t even put enough inside , I bought a regular and not a mini . Thinking it would be more . Damn near chocked on all this bread . But honestly super disappointed. Not only was it a waste of money but quality is trash . My furst and last time coming here .

Came in there because the order was messed up just wanted to have them remake. It wanted to talk to the manager to explain to them was not allowed had a young girl a shift leader talking to me. She was not interested in hearing anything I had to say bad customer service, soon as I walked in, everybody was staring at me with a crazy look on their face will not come back again. What happened to good customer service if you’re gonna put young people in charge, please allow them to have good customer service if someone’s talking to you respectfully and you made a mistake you should be able to fix it without an attitude

Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a positive dining experience. Having heard great things about Jersey Mike’s, our expectations were high, and we were not disappointed.
After perusing the menu, we opted for the Portobello Mushroom & Swiss and the Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich. The service was prompt, and our sandwiches were soon in front of us.
The Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich was an absolute delight. The generous portion of chicken was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was simply mouthwatering. It’s safe to say; that this sandwich exceeded our expectations.
Next up was the Portobello Mushroom & Swiss Sandwich. Packed with flavorful portobello mushrooms and oozing with Swiss cheese, this sandwich was a savory masterpiece. The balance of ingredients made it both satisfying and delectable.
Jersey Mike’s Subs not only met but surpassed our expectations. The sandwiches were not only delicious but also incredibly fulfilling. The freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the bread added an extra layer of satisfaction to our meal.

Jersey Mike’s is a sandwich chain located on Causeway Boulevard in Brandon. The decor and colors in the place fit well together, although the place is small. The staff is quick and friendly at this location.
The food here is alright. My cheesesteak was good, and was very cheesy; although I was disappointed at the first few bites. We were baffled when there was no mayonnaise on it, but otherwise tasted good. Overall, don’t recommend. Go to the Valrico location.

Your blue haired employee needs to attend a customer service class to learn how to handle customers that pay there hard earned money at your establishment. She was Rude, and obnoxious to me in front of customers and staff. So bad that your manager gave me my Mike’s Famous Philly for free. I am a rewards member, and often go to many Jersey Mike’s around the state of Florida.

I have personally preferred JM’s over other sub places for years. This location is clean and a modern take on the sub quick service restaurant. While waiting on my hot sub to be made l, the staff was friendly and engaging. The food quality for a “fast food” restaurant is great with meats and cheese cut to order.
If I had to complain about something it would be having to smell all this delicious food (fresh bacon) while I wait for my sub.
