Made a reservation for axe throwing, for 8 people. We had one lane with one axe. I’ve been axe throwing before and I get each place would be different, but literally nobody else was in there throwing an axe that we had to share one lane. We spent $21 each for one axe for one hour. I asked the bartender if we could get another axe and he said we had to ask another guy. Well, that guy was outside. We end up just got up to the arcade area. The game option were boring as well. We order hurricanes to drink at the bar and did not taste at all like a hurricane. I never leave a drink, but I left that one. I would also add, staff needs to work on customer service and how they speak to people.

Spent about an hour in the upstairs area. Came to play pinball, only 2 machines were working unfortunately. DDR machine was also a bit quiet, couldn’t hear it over Guitar Hero. Still, the atmosphere was super cool and I would love to spend more time here!

Coolest establishment ever & Galveston Island history to go with it. TOO many things to do. Bartender was very thorough in describing this multi entertainment venue/arcade/restaurant/bar, he was excellent conversing with my grandparents as well as the children in our group in addition to being an excellent mixologist/bartender (red beard, I think Keith but heard locals call him Church). Management was friendly & on-site throughout our 3 hour visit. A MUST while on the island and walking distance from cruise terminals. Make sure to check out all floors.

Thanks for catering to my family, we all enjoyed!

Sincerely, Danny Oswalt

Drove in from Houston after reading about this bar on social media and was honestly really disappointed. I was looking forward to using the arcade games, but about half of them were turned off. Of the ones that were on, several struggled to accept quarters. I spoke to the bartender and got my money back for one game, but didn’t even bother trying to recover the rest.

When it came time to check in/register, the experience was extremely unprofessional. It wasn’t clear who was supposed to help you, and at the first “host” table there was what looked like insecticide spray sitting out. I later realized it was for watering a board, but that absolutely should be labeled almost made me not order food.

Unfortunately, I wish I hadn’t ordered food anyway. The pizza was lame, and the waitress/host/instructor (not even sure what her role was supposed to be) didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The place felt disorganized overall. There were food trays left all over the venue with food still on them, and nobody ever came by to clean them up. On top of that, there weren’t enough consoles available for the number of people there.

I should’ve checked my receipt more carefully and probably shouldn’t have tipped, but that’s on me.

The only genuinely good thing here was the axe throwing at least you can throw your disappointment somewhere. I enjoyed some of the music, but somehow the DJ found a way to remix songs into oblivion.

If you’re visiting from out of town, don’t bother making the trip. And if you live in Galveston… sorry you have to put up with this.

Fun place to go! We were in town for a few hours and got this place up and were happy we were told about it.
Drinks were eh.. but they work with you if you don’t know what to drink. They need a better drink menu but ultimately it was fun and the security guard took a few photos for us which was nice of him.
Ax throwing downstairs and an arcade on the 3rd floor. Bars in both, access to the patio and restrooms on both floors.
It was a great experience, I plan on going again when we’re back in Galveston.

Me and my hubby went here a couple weeks ago during our anniversary vacation, absolutely loved it!! Owner was supper cool and nice and the atmosphere was really cool. Loved the decor, didnt get to spend much time in the upstairs arcade portion but we did go up for a bit and it was also super chill. Had lots of fun and whenever we come back to visit we’ll definitely be coming again.

What an awesome find as we were walking around and exploring downtown Galveston after dinner. Heard some cool tunes coming from a balcony which made us pause. As we were checking out the cool lights from the atrium, the DJ yelled out for us to come and check them out. So glad we did! Owners and staff/bartender were excellent. They were very kind and took the time to explain about their menu, drinks, axe throwing, darts, beer pong atrium, and that they had a whole retro arcade upstairs that was free and family friendly!
