One of my friends brought me a fruit cup from The Blended Pedaler recently, and I absolutely loved it! It was the Dubai Strawberry Cup. It was so fresh and flavorful!
Because I enjoyed it so much, I decided to get something for my husband (and another one for myself) today. But when I got home, excited to dig in, I opened the lid and was immediately disappointed to find long hairs mixed in with the fruit cup.
I called the store to report the issue. I didn’t catch the name of the person who answered, but I explained that I had just been there and found multiple hairs in my cup. The woman on the phone told me that what I was seeing were “wheat strands.” I responded that I definitely know the difference between wheat strands and hair. She then put me on hold, and when she returned, she told me I could bring the cup back in and they would make me a new one.
I went back and showed them the cup. Another staff member took a look and confirmed that it was, in fact, hair. They remade the fruit cup for me, and I appreciated that the employee who helped me this time was kind and professional.
Overall, I really hope this new business works out the kinks in their customer service. While I appreciated the resolution and the professionalism of the second employee, I did not appreciate the dismissive tone and initial denial when I called. Finding hair in food is unpleasant enough and being told it wasn’t hair made it worse.

i’m from michigan and was excited to see a place like this down here! It was great and better than any of the ones i’ve experienced by Detroit. Can add all the toppings you wish for without extra cost, which is unheard of for most places like this. On top of that the southern hospitality was definitely present when i came here! Will most definitely come to the place again when i’m in the area, highly recommend!

My granddaughter kept begging me to come here, I was hesitant, but now happy I did! The food was great, fresh, and healthy! Something that I wasn’t used to but glad I listened to her. Will definitely be coming here again. Such a cute place and it offered great hospitality. This is a must try for all ages!

I just had THE BEST strawberry banana smoothie I’ve ever had in my life. If you see the sign for Blended Pedaler while driving yank the wheel of the car and cut across every lane of traffic to get here. Literally abandon your safety to get yourself into this place, it’s worth it!

Yum! Finally got over to give this a try. So delicious! Got a bowl-tons of toppings. Friendly staff recommended blue and passion fruit base. Definitely will return. Recommend an easy to see sign-we did have trouble looking for it in the surrounding complexes.
