Ordered a 6 inch sub took 4 bites, no meat looked inside found 5 chunks( small) called and spoke with manager. She said it’s by weight they put 1 oz on a chicken bacon ranch sub( i really don’t think it was even a oz anyways). So she said if i want to actually get meat on my sub i need to order extra that’s what other people do she said. I never have had anything like this at any other east of chicago. Crazy you need to order extra meat to get any on a sub. Don’t waste your money on a sub clearly. But the pizza was great…

Man I tell you the best pizza i have ever been served.. crust and the sauce make one darn good pizza.. bowl customer service in the other hand not so great. There’s two young girls who take orders need to be educated on the reason for their job position and how that works.. without customers your way of earning a paycheck is no longer a possibility. And explained to the ladies customers do not like to be charged for 4 cups of any condiment and then send 2.

I ordered a x large tower w/o mushrooms and brownie bites. I said to call me that I would be right outside. I waited 35 minutes and drove up to the window the pizza was ready and waiting. When I got home the pizza was loaded with mushrooms. I talked to tell them about it. They said the ticket didn’t show no mushrooms. I ask if it was my fault the ticket didn’t show no mushrooms. They hung up on me. My daughter in law called to tell them about the problem they hung up on her. She went up there to get the owner/manager phone number they gave her a wrong name. Won’t be going there again.
