This place was so good. We walked in and it was pretty dead so we were worried. We were sat down immediately. Our order was taken quickly. The food came out hot and fresh. The pork belly skewers were perfect. The server / host was nice and friendly.

This is a gem in the Salt Lake City area. The ramen is great, with lots of options and the rolls were delicious. Plenty of indoor seating and the sushi was delicious too. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Would come again.

I inquired if they had Chirashi Sashimi bowl (a variety of sashimi over sushi rice). It was not on the menu but the chef overheard me and said he would make it for me. He crafted an amazing Chirashi Bowl. Ask for it when you’re there. Nicely done by the folks at Toro Ramen.

We have dined at this amazing restaurant three times and can’t wait to make it four! Tremendous flavors combine in the rich broth for the most memorable ramen I have ever had. My wife had sushi and absolutely loved every bite. In addition, the green tea is unquestionably the best I have had to date. A fantastic experience!

This location is owned by G and Pj we have gotten to know them over the past couple yrs being a regular. I first reviewed them before knowing them and the quality has only gotten better since they took over from the old owner. The decor is much more sleek and atmosphere is very nice. My sin and I travel the world and grade sushi from many places to give all places a try and in Utah this place is a local fav. They pull in fish from great sources across the world and I know their distributors so its fresh. As any real sushi enthusiast try the salmon and tuna sashimi style in the large platter to compare and the toro is on point. Id suggest going here. My wife loves the vege ramen with no tofu and tonkatsu sauce. We usually spend 150 to 200 a meal including tip, sake and Boba tea for the kids.

I really like the broth and chashu pork here. I ordered the shoyu ramen, and the broth is neither too salty nor too greasy, so I can finish the whole bowl. The chashu pork is very fragrant and tender.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Toro Ramen and Sushi. The highlight was the shrimp tempura; the breading was incredibly light and crispy, while the shrimp inside was cooked to perfection. My companion ordered the Chashu Tonkotsu, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We also shared an order of Karaage with a truly delicious sauce – it was mildly sweet and tangy. For desert, we ordered some refreshing boba. We both got Taro. I finished mine on the way out the door. The service was excellent, the restaurant was easy to access, and we were seated promptly. The server was attentive and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely recommend Toro Ramen and Sushi

Yesterday, my family and I visited Toro Ramen and Sushi restaurant, and it was an incredible experience.The Tonkatsu meat lover ramen was absolutely delicious, boasting with rich and savory flavor that left us wanting more. As for the Toro sashimi with jalapeño, it was simply another level, fresh and bursting with unique taste. The rolls were perfectly crafted featuring thin layers of rice and just the right amount of topping, making each bite delight. Additionally the service was excellent, with friendly staff that made the dining experience specially enjoyable for our kids.
