Ordered from DoorDash the chicken Fresno. First off IT CAME WITHOUT CHICKEN! LOOKED RAW.. and came cold! I would never order here again. I called them and they didn’t even care to solve anything but I really didn’t want anything from them. Never recieved a pizza so disgusting and order completely wrong. I was so pissed I gave the slices to my dogs. I would never order here in my life and I’m going to write to the corporate. Waited an hour and the main ingredient of the pizza WHICH IS CALLED CHICKEN FRESNO IS MISSING CHICKEN. What? I say avoid this location or Marco as a whole.

I’ve been going to Marco’s for years. My only complaint is counter service when you arrive to pick up your food. You can literally stand there for ten to fifteen minutes and no one will ask you about your order. This has been the case the last two times I’ve ordered. One person working the counter and the phone. A 7:44 pick up time and waiting an additional 25 minutes and counting. Literally writing the review as I wait. 8:17 and we’re walking out now. Food was ready the whole time. Come on guys. I know you can do better.

Went to Marco pizzas at the pines location and sergio was very polite and friendly- the wait time was not bad at all.All veggies pizza well done no burn- if I could give 10 star they would be it.I love my pizza they would be best recommended. I went when it was less pizza in store-the other staff was very customer service friendly. I think he was the delivery guy.But anyway great reviews for this location

First let me preface myself by saying that I take pride in giving honest accurate reviews, and really hate giving negative reviews because I know that especially in these times, businesses thrive somewhat off of reviews. I previously raved about this Marcos location and how the staff was so friendly and the product I purchased was beyond amazing. I can’t say that about my visit today. My favorite item is the crustless bowls. I love a lot of meat. Photo 1 is the bowl I ordered that I raved about. I ordered it with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, ham, steak, and salami, with Parmesan cheese. The bowl is just as I ordered, all most full to the top of the bowl. It was so heavy when it was handed to me and was so delicious. Photo 2 is the bowl I ordered today, I ordered the same meat and actually added meatballs which means it should’ve been even heartier. The two bowls are distinctly different. I saw meatballs, some ham, and sauce. When the bowl was handed to me it was considerably lighter. I inquired with the young man behind the counter if all the toppings were in the bowl. He really didn’t respond to me, just stared, i just left it alone and asked for silverware and he still just stood there looking at me and another associate had to tell him “hey he want silverware”. I know that sometimes things happen but I like consistency especially when I’m paying for a product, that’s what keeps customers coming back. I am not saying I will not return to Marcos, I love the pizza bowls that much however I was disappointed with the service and the product I received this visit. After previous visits it was obvious to me that Marcos prides itself on great product and it appeared that good customer service was important too. Neither occurred during this visit and I’m hoping that measures will be taken to give consistent quality customer service and high quality product that I know Marcos is capable of.

Being my first time here at Marco’s Pizza, I asked for the take-out menu. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t sell cheese slices, but they had other things such as a variety of pizzas, pizza bowls, subs, sides, salads, beverages, desserts, and calzones. I didn’t want a whole pizza. I just wanted something small to subdue my hunger. I decided to order an all meat calzone. Wait time was 20 minutes, so I told the employees that I was going to the nearby supermarket and I would come back.
My order was ready by the time I returned. The calzone was thick and baked to a nice golden brown. It was filled with pepperoni, ham, sausage, bacon bits, and cheese; served with a side of marinara sauce. It definitely hit the spot. I even signed up with their email club to receive exclusive offers. They sent me a coupon for $3 off my next order so you know I’ll be back soon.

Edwardo the Manager last night was very generous and sweet. He gave my small peperoni pizza a beautiful touch with a bit of garlic and cheese on the crust. Last night after I left big dawgs man oh man heaven met earth. Thank you Marco’s for making my first experience phenomenal. I will be back when I’m in the area.

Let me start off by saying thag the customer in this location is amazing. I order a whole pizza and some wings.. however the wings was not cook to my perfection, so I had giving them back. The nice manager who I belive to be name Fannie and if she’s not the manager, she needs to become one. She did all she can do to accommodate me to make sure that I was satisfied, I look forward to dinning or purchasing from places like this who demonstrate the caring for the customers… Ty
