We had a great experience at Baja Coop in Dalton! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We ordered the fried avocado, lime pepper wings, and a bowl with spicy shrimp. The fried avocado was absolutely top notch—crispy, flavorful, and definitely a must-try! Everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty food.

This was my first time eating here. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. The customer service was exceptional! Our waiter was very attentive! I ordered the lemon pepper wings and they were ok. They could be fried a little more because they were still a little pink and they didn’t have enough flavor. The fried avocados were really good, I do recommend that.

Absolutely would eat here every day of the week! I’ve honestly never had a single thing I didn’t love — the food is consistently delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the wait staff are always friendly and attentive, and the owners are genuinely kind and welcoming. This place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I have to eat gluten free and avoid cross contact, so, I always tell them when I order. They have a dedicated fryer, so chips are safe and yummy and the queso is great, too. I’ve had the grilled Cajun fish tacos, also- delicious. The grilled chicken rice and bean bowl is good. I’ve had the steak and queso fries as well and they’re pretty good, but not as good as the other stuff I’ve had. Our server told me the bone-in wings are gf, too.

We got wings (lime and pepper, garlic parm) and some shrimp and fries, which was really good. The atmosphere of the place was calm and nice. The service was great! Really enjoyed it and would recommend trying it out!

Had a great night out at Baja Coop, food was excellent! Great flavors in everything and if you go here get the cheese dip it goes great on everything. I had the steak wrap which was more like minced beef with lettuce, their house sauce, rice and other ingredients. We got the dip trio also. Atmosphere was stellar and service was wonderful! Included a picture of my wife and I with the beautiful indoor lighting.

The kitchen is just a tad slow, but that’s a small price to pay for the quality of the food. Fish tacos, wings, corn, fried avocado, all excellent. Never a bad meal. Service polite and attentive, atmosphere js comfortable. Overall experience A+.
