I have been here 2x’s while traveling the area! The first time I walked in at 8:45 pm and they told me they close at 8:40pm and wouldn’t wait on me! Then I walked in again today at 8:27pm and the employee was outside smoking and said she is closed! I will not be back!

This restaurant is consistently late, rude, and lacking ingredients. They have organizational issues, and are generally unhelpful and apathetic, even when not busy. It’s really frustrating to order a sandwich 20 or 30 minutes in advance and for them to not even start working on it until after you get it there.

The 2 girls who work nights are extremely rude. After one night of bad service picking up a mobile order they couldn’t find it at first because they left by their handsink the girl was extremely rude eating one of their applesauce pouches, my order wasn’t complete and I asked how to go about getting a refund the girl started yelling at me in front of my child. the manager the next morning said it wasn’t complete because the girls didn’t want to walk to the freezer where they had the product. This store is in a gas station I frequent everyday, and every time I come in there those two girls are extremely rude, one called my child an IT because he couldn’t find the trash can to throw away his straw wrapper and when I called him over to me to tell him where it was the girl very loudly said “and look IT can’t even throw away it’s trash” he’s six. Totally uncalled for, tonight when I walked in with my kids the girls were there and one was making rude comments about me in earshot of my kids and the other was pretending to take a selfie and was actually trying to take pics of me and stopped when I smiled for her “selfie”. I get good help is hard to find but come on, these girls have absolutely no business making food or interacting with the public in that setting.

I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give negative stars. I ordered 4 footling flat bread wraps. 3 steak and 1 Italian BMT. The bread was so hard that we couldn’t bite through it, there was maybe 1/4 ounce of meat. It was absolutely horrible, the worst wraps we have ever ordered. I ended up taking them apart and making sandwiches out of it. The rest went in the garbage. It will be a drive to Athens for me to get Firehouse Subs

Well I try to order online it’s has a debit credit option but the girl tells me I have to have a pay pal… None and I mean none of the sandwiches were toasted and I’m sorry but it’s the meatball sub hot or does it normally come with the meatballs damn near frozen for some reason the ends of my sandwiches were cut off and when you say easy mayo that does not mean when you bite into it it pours out the other end. This place today was absolutely horrible

My wife and I have come here several times in its history, but, recently, the employees have been far less than courteous than normal. Most recently, my wife ordered a 6 inch sandwich and the woman behind the counter began making a footlong. So my wife told her that she said a 6-inch sandwich. The lady behind the counter insisted that she had said nothing of the kind and made a comment about how my wife needed to tell her things like that before she starts making the sandwich (instead of just saying, “sorry, ill fix that for you.”) As she continued making the sandwich she made another comment as she was putting the mustard on that if she hadn’t told her to make it a 6-inch, she would have ruined all of that bread.
My other unpleasant encounter with this restaurant was on a late night when I walked in a few minutes before closing. There was a group of guys being served at the counter, so, naturally, their order was taking a while to prepare. I got in line and waited for the man behind the counter to finish serving them without acknowledging me during the process (not telling me that he would either be right with me or that he was closing out after this). Instead, I wait standing there for 3-5 minutes while he finishes up. After he takes their money, he just comes over to me and says “Sorry, we’re closed.” Maybe I’m overreacting a little on this one, but I feel like he could have told me prior to finishing that he wouldn’t serve any more customers after that group instead of wasting my time.
Needless to say, I will not be giving anymore business to that Subway with shoddy customer service. I usually like to go to Subway because the workers are so nice and greet me, but not this one. I wouldn’t recommend this place one bit if you care about being treated like a paying customer.

10 buck italian sub with next to none of the meat that goes on the sandwich. Literally the width of a dime on the entire sandwich. If I had wanted a salad I would have ordered one. Never again. I am done with subway. They get worse and worse. Especially this location.

There is one lady with blonde hair that works in here…. She is always stuck by herself. She has yet to not be friendly and did her job as if she had 10 people to help her out. Super nice and never rushes you.

I’ve eaten sandwiches from here three times now. The first two times it was great, but yesterday they were out of whole wheat, onions, and cheddar cheese. The ingredients I was able to get were delicious and fresh. The raspberry lemonade cookies are fantastic. The sandwich artist did a great job accommodating my requests, which were 4 orders on two footlongs. If they can stock better, I’d give 5 stars.
