Saved points to redeem on a free drink. I had to look twice because I thought the unblended powder was mold. Ask the counter person about it and the fact it was to be a frozen drink. Her explanation: “We have a new person making drinks.” No offer to remake or no apology. I threw the drink away when I got home.
Additionally, where is the coffee bean coffee? When they did have it, it was $3 more a bag than I could purchase at stores norrh and south of Logansport.

I got two drinks and a dozen donuts. 30 dollars!!! All the donuts look like trash. The iced coffee was absolute garbage. Literally the water was the best part of my order. Nice logansport. They all tasted weird. The worker said well the other place is 5 dollars more a dozen at least they taste like what we’re paying for ♂️. Just nasty all the way through and twice the price save yourselves!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service! One of the girls who hands out food acts like it is a huge inconvenience to have a customer at the window. When I talked to the evening manager about my experience she pretty much shrugged it off stating “yeah, a lot of customers complain about her” and then goes on to tell me that I need to say something to the girl next time I go through.
There is never a greeting and never a thank you! Terrible experience time after time. I do not recommend.

This Dunkin is always great with drink suggestions when ypu aren’t quite sure what you want. They always have friendly staff and everything is fresh and the wait is rarely long at all. I never go in so I cant say much for thw atmosphere.

Staff didn’t know what they were doing, we wanted Bavarian cream, didn’t get them. Donuts tasted funny, almost fishy tasting, wonder if their oil is old. Will never shop there again. Big waste of money, worst Dunkin we’ve been to.

I hate this place. The staff isn’t even trained properly they can’t even make your drinks correct. The lobby is always a mess when you come in it’s never clean, the bathrooms are even dirtier there was actual pee on the floor in there. The staff is loud and obnoxious you can their conversations some of them are really inappropriate also, is always this girl and boy flirting. They are highly unprofessional and that whole store is just disgusting due to the staff being lazy as hell!

Food is super overpriced for what it is, the coffee never has consistency sometimes it’s okay, sometimes it taste like crap, somehow the best tasting thing in my whole order was an ice water.

I did a mobile order but had it scheduled for the incorrect day. I called to try and fix my mistake and the Assistant Manager let me pick it up on the correct day with no fuss.
The correct day I picked it up, the team in the store had everything ready and it was hot and fresh!
Hands down, the best experience I’ve had with a dunkin store.
