Service was not great food is mossing items that we ordered. Portion is small. We ordered queso and did not get any. Thank goodness i wasn’t waiting all day to eat dinner. I wonder why this place has a 3.2 average on review. Save your money and spend your $15 at a real Mexican restaurant. This place has just been on the down trend for a long time.

I went to this location last night. I ordered 2 bowls and a quesadilla. Take them all the way home to realize that the rice is not cooked. Every bite had hard grains in it. We ended up throwing it away. What a waste of time and money. Done with this location.

This location is getting worse and worse. Staff are wiping their noses with their arms and hands and continuing to prepare food . They aren’t washing hands before putting gloves on. I’m a little afraid to eat the food we ordered. They were playing music in the kitchen with lots of profanities on top of the music in the restaurant. They are frequently out of things and the line moves slowly. This will be our last visit to this location, sadly.

Horrible customer service. Went there tonight around 940pm and 2 workers just stared at my 2 kids. 1 was actively cleaning near the food with dirty water and the other worker just looked at us. I finally asked if they were closed and they answer no and still no offer to serve us. I start leaving with my kids because of the rudeness and as we are walking out they start laughing. I return and tell them gow rude they are and the manger acts as if its ok .

I’m very disappointed with this Chipotle location. The environment feels unfriendly and unwelcoming, and the management in particular has been rude and unprofessional in multiple interactions. Staff seem to be irritated. Portions are noticeably smaller than other locations, and overall customer service is poor. This location really needs attention and better leadership because the current experience does not reflect the standards Chipotle has.

This is the only near by chipotle from my home so I don’t have any other option to buy it from another store. But unfortunately I always had food quality issue with this restaurant. I found chicken pieces multiple times in my veggie order but I can understand the situation when you use same utensils for veg and non veg but today I found a long hair in my burrito bowl which is totally unacceptable. I think I am done and this was my last order from the restaurant.

This is usually my go to for a quick bite to eat when out this side of the metroplex. I got there a few minutes early and they let me know my order wasn’t ready yet.
Very friendly staff.
When I got home, the bottom of the bag fell out and I got my burrito bowl all over my pants. They forgot to close the lid.
Luckily, I was able to clean up the mess in my truck and I threw my shorts in the washer.
