The staff are rude and act like they would rather be anywhere except there. The food is always overcooked. The fried chicken looks like they double dipped it in batter so it makes the breading hard. There was hardly anyone there and it still took forever to get my food even though I had ordered it ahead of time in the app.

Straight trash. Staff is lazy and not friendly. Placed a delivery order and my order was wrong. Unfortunately, I had to go to work so I had to eat what was delivered. Even when I dined in the food and staff were garbage. Don’t waste your time and money.

As soon as well walked in we were greated by “why is it when one person walks in they call come in..” and it wasn’t said in a joking manner. I can take a joke the lady at the front just didnt wanna do her job. Complaining about how she just cleaned the lobby and yet if that was clean I would have hated to see what it looked like before hand. And for the people who were walking in, it was just me and my elderly uncle who has to get around with a walker. Then after getting him seated I go up to order and I guess he is the only one who gets to eat cause after ordering his chicken sandwich she cuts me off and tells me how much it is. 1/10 service. Do better.

Its really always a hit or miss with this location. My tenders were garbage. Usually, the food is hot and fresh though the portions are small. The employees are not the friendliest. The strawberry lemonade was very good . 🙂

Trashy , the employees are rude , threatening people with gun gestures and cussing trying to fight customers. Extremely disgusting behavior. Also trying to contact anyone to report it is insane you can’t get ahold of a real person at all .

Staff very courteous but we did not get our biscuits. Too far to go back for them.. We were way down the highway. They stay open late which was great.
