I ordered three pizzas and they were made very quickly The service was very quick, but they were still quality. The staff does a great job of being organized and getting your pizzas out to you quickly without sacrificing the quality the pieces were still hot. The toppings here at Marco’s are awesome they’re pepperoni is delicious especially the old world pepperoni it’s great, Marco’s is definitely a very good place to get pizza the quality that you get for the prices that you get are unbeatable if you ask me. Marco’s definitely beats a lot of the other pizza places around by far as far as quality is concerned, they’re toppings, their cheese and their ingredients are definitely top-notch compared to the other guys.

We like Marco’s pizza’s thin crust. Very good. Generally get good service at this location, sometimes needs cleaning inside and seems most their business is carry out so the dining area is just adequate. Some employees struggle with people skills but they do try and we’ve never had any real problem. Overall good. Sit outside, even on a warm night, so nice

We ordered the Philly cheesesteak bowl. Couldn’t find much in the way of steak, but found a HUGE serving of bell pepper. Yuk!

. We decided to give them another chance. My pizza bowl arrived upended. (See picture). I called and was told replacement would be about 40-45 minutes out. It turned out to be 1 1/2 hours later. Hayley was unapologetic and even hostile. She threatened to hang up on me.

I ordered for delivery yesterday. I didn’t get a chance to eat it until today.
The pizza was totally bad wrong. Screwed up toppings. I was told that because I didn’t m complain until the following day they couldn’t do anything about it. Stupid people.

I tried to order the $6.99 medium pizza deal unlimited, but instead it was charging me $11.50 a pizza one topping. Called and asked them why. I was told they had no ideal what to say or do about it. So I ordered my 6 pizzas from dominoes. I was charged what the advertised price said it would.

It’s hot in here. Poor workers are prob burning up….Ordered Steak and Mushroom, Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, and Old world Sausage pizza, all large. The chicken looked great. Had a couple of things with the steak and the sausage one, but it was fixed immediately and we’ll over and beyond. Customer service here is AWESOME! Thank you for a great experience!

Between the horrible service and the terrible pizza we were given last night, I doubt we’ll ever go back. We’ve had pizza from this location before and had a decent experience, so we decided to try it again last night to get out of the usual spots we have in Hernando. Clearly that was not the right call. First off, the mobile app is horrible and not user friendly. Though the app is not necessarily this location’s fault, their poor service and pizza quality is. We were quoted a pickup time of 7:25 and after our drive ended up there around 7:30. I checked the pizza tracker and it said the order was ready so I walked inside. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged me. After nearly 5 minutes, a girl at the counter finally looked at me (still with no greeting) and when I told her my name, she looked confused and scurried to the back. She came back and said the pizza was coming out of the oven now. Nearly 15 minutes later, I finally was given our pizza. In that 15 minutes, I witnessed some of the most disgusting conditions. Maybe one team member in the whole restaurant was wearing gloves, most of their masks were below their noses, and not a single employee had a hairnet on. I prayed we’d have a good quality pizza at least despite the service, but instead, the pizza was horrible as well. Most of the pieces were inedible as you can see in the picture. The ingredients have pathetic distribution. I completed their survey on my receipt, but I doubt they’d do anything to make this right. I’d advice against this location.
