I stopped in with an online order and asked if it could be prepared sooner, and the staff handled it with ease. They made everything fresh and served it hot, which really stood out. The level of care and efficiency reflected truly excellent service.

This was probably the worst pizza I’ve had. I’ve visited other little Caesar’s and the food has been decent, but this particular restaurant was a nightmare.
After ordering, I waited in the car for the pizza to be placed in a portal. When I got the notification, I went to get the pizza. There were over fifteen people crammed in the store also waiting. When I managed to get to the portal, there was NO pizza. Seemed to be a common problem amongst the other fifteen customers.
I got my pizza after roughly ten minutes only to get home to realize the pizza was cold. And not even cut through.
Honestly, the pizza was inedible. Such a disappointment after waiting over thirty minutes.

Pizzas ordered at this location ALWAYS come out bad. I ordered an Extra Most Bestest, and look at what they gave. They didn’t even cut it!!

Usually I don’t really add reviews because I really don’t care about them, but with this specific location it’s a different story. The wait there is terrible. You could order an online pickup a hour prior to ordering and by the time it’s expected to be picked up, the pizza hasn’t even been made. I come here every so often whenever I can since I come to the high school around here and this specific location is very inconsistent.when I walk in the place is usually semi packed and I always see customers walk out which is expected, how are you going to have online orders not even ready lmao. The people are nice however, but kindness won’t get my grumbles away (edit: there was multiple times where I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and little cheese, but they keep mixing it up and put extra cheese little sauce it’s nasty, they’re inconsistent with what you order aswell)

I bought 5 pizza for new years eves .it was soo busy .still they were able to deliver my pizza on time .Great customer service. Working hard on the holiday pizza was hot and good. Thank you. Definitely going back again.

Waited 75 minutes for pizza. Tons of workers inside “working” (in the back talking), but no one wanted to work the register. So the business was full of people just waiting to get their food, some of which (myself included) was ready to purchase. However, they didn’t have anyone actually doing anything. Manager came out, did nothing, workers walked around. Did nothing.
Eventually some 20-30 year old jerk walks in, cuts the line (there’s over 10 people in line and the employees see it), and attempts to order. I had to speak up and say there’s a line, you need to wait.
The workers attempted to serve me, and i told them no. There’s other people that were here BEFORE me, serve them first.
The owner needs to fire the manager, and probably 50% of the workers bc their bad, non caring attitude cost them MANY customers that night. I will not be going back ever again

Ive been here a handful of times and no matter the day, busy or not, it ALWAYS takes an hour to get my food. Nothing crazy either, just a pepperoni pizza. For hot and ready being their slogan, it feels more like this locations slogan is cold and waiting.
