Visited this Chipotle during visit to university to grab lunch. The staff is friendly and helpful. We placed the order for Veggie Burrito and Burrito bowl. The ingredents were okay not super fresh but not stale either. Otherwise, its a typical Chipotle fast food with okay quality. The restaurant and restrooms are maintained clean.

This chipotle is cheeks. When you’re ordering, the white lady working there talks to you like you’re her boyfriend that cheated on her with her best friend. She also gives out portions as if every excess gram of protein is deducted from her paycheck. The bathrooms were locked (even though they were vacant) and all three napkins dispensers were completely empty. If you want food near campus just go somewhere else .

The best Chipotle my husband and I have been to in ages. The employee’s were so nice and helpful. Our meal was so good. We went during lunch and it was quite busy, but you could tell the few employees who were “running the show” were seasoned, therefore they had the line moving quickly. Seriously great service.

I used to go here decently frequently on my way back from class, but they are always missing a significant amount of their ingredients. The last time I went, they told me that there were no burrito wraps left and that there were no bowls left either. However, there were still 1.5 hours left until closing time.
The last time I ordered online, I ordered a burrito with double rice, double meat, etc., but I ended up being given a bowl with less than 70% of what I usually get when ordering standard sized servings. Not only that, but the rice was extremely undercooked to the point of making audible cracking sounds. This type of thing doesn’t always happen, but it happens frequently enough for it to be a problem.

They give you way less than other Chipotle locations.
I’ve been a regular customer at this store for over six months, but recently the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. Even when you ask for extra lettuce, they reluctantly add just 2–3 more pieces.
Customer service hasn’t been helpful either. I reported the issue and received a generic response: “Got it. We’ll let the store manager know they should be more consistent with portions.” But nothing has changed in the past month.
I’ve decided to stop going to this store.

The portion size was nowhere near what I usually get from this chipotle or other Chipotle’s. I got a beef barbacoa burrito and when the worker put a “scoop” on my plate they only grabbed a small amount of beef with their tongs which ammounted to barely half a scoop of what my friend got when another worker made their steak burrito. Additionally the burrito once “wrapped” was not even wrapped well with it coming apart as soon as I opened it up. The guac I got with my chips and guac was also not even remotely salted, I’m guessing they forgot to add salt to their guac mixture. The quality of this locations food is nowhere near the quality of the one near point breeze, just make the trek and go there instead.

I wasn’t going to review but had to based on how bad other reviews were. For context: it’s a cold, snowy Saturday and there was no one else inside. Walked over from Magee, had low expectations from seeing reviews but honestly some of the best Chipotle/service I’ve ever had. Huge portions for both salads plus everything was fully stocked!

i asked them for one bowl and there were 5 servers who refused to serve, because they just wanted to stand and watch 1 of the servers complete a catering order.
it was very annoying.
Since its close to campus each time you visit they are always out of things. for eg. this time they were out of lettuce, salsa, chimichuri, cheese, avocado.
they fill your bowl as if you are taking this for free.
I asked one of the servers to add veggies and he added 1 slice of capsicum and i was looking as his face. idk if he was trying to mock or what.

Many times I was given the wrong stuff, totally different from what I ordered. And the order is always late, even half an hour later than the promised time. The portion I get is also far smaller than other chipotle stores.
