Only 3 workers and man the food they put out very quickly. delicious! The workers were very friendly and tried to explain things as well as they could when it came to deals and boxes couldn’t be substituted w items.

We ordered online. When we got there they didn’t have any burger patties or arbys sauce. I could live without the arbys sauce. When I asked for my money back for the burger they were unable to help me and told me that could only be done online “we dont have anything to do with the money on online orders” is what I was told. I was told to cancel the order through the app which wasnt even an option. I filled out the online form. I hope om not out the $30.00 they charged me for food that they didnt even have available. I will never shop at this location again.

I am a frequent customer for lunch-time at this location. I never post ratings, but this time I feel I needed to. The poor lady working the drive thru looked like she was having to “do everything” from taking orders to preparing the food.
Drive through took 10-15 minutes; potato cakes were unedible (tasted like they have been sitting in very old greese). Won’t be going back anytime soon

Stopped by the new Arby’s around 6 p.m. on a weekday night — didn’t feel like cooking, and with two drive-thru lines backed up, I figured the food would be hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the best part of my meal was the Dr Pepper. The fries were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting there since lunch. Actually stopped at the first available trash can and threw the food away. My sandwich barely had any roast beef on it. Honestly, I could have gone to Weigel’s next door for a cheaper Dr Pepper and been just as satisfied. A disappointing example of what happens to food quality when big corporations take over fast food.

The new steak bowl was garbage!!! I knew it would only have a few pieces of steak but it only had a few strands of onion straws on top of cold macaroni!!! Onion straws are cheap u should put more than a handful on the bowl if ur charging $10 with no side or drink… this was a RIP OFF!!! #DONOTBUY

I’ve been to Arby’s countless times in my 54 years. I stopped going a few years ago when the tater cakes were taken off the menu. My go-to is roast beef sandwich with two potato cakes and I couldn’t imagine not having that combination LOL. I was telling a friend about it the other night and she said “Arbys has tater cakes!”. I did a little research and saw that they came back in February of 25. As soon as I left work I went to the Arby’s across the street and got four potato cakes and an Arby’s roast beef . There’s also a store being built just four or five miles from me. I didn’t think I would go there before but after the good news, it’s ON! I’m so happy y’all brought back tater cakes. Arby’s is my new go to, again.

It is ridiculous that they allow their employees to wear face strap. The employees have disgusting nose rings and all kinds of other face jewelry. Not even Waffle House allows this hideous Behavior now. They should at least raise their level of standards to the level of Buc-ee’s.

This is in no way a bad review, but yall need to help that poor boy. He was moving so quickly i barely got his name on his name tag, it was Cole. It seemed like he was doing everything, making food, doing frys and taking orders on the headphones, even though he had help right there. There was a younger black gentleman who seemed to be “under the influence” and was just moping around not doing much, and Cole would just go right by him and do his task (maybe?) I’m not trying to get the black gentleman in trouble, hence i didn’t say his name, yall need to give cole a big raise for how hard he was working

Usually we have great service here. They were busy i will give them that. Got our food the sweet tea was anything but sweet. The mozzarella sticks were eulogy and cold. Asked for no onions on my sand as I am allergic to them and there were of course onions.

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru, 1 car in line ahead of us. Left drive thru drove up front to see 2 people sitting inside, so not busy at all just lazy!!
