Noticed my 7 dollar latte felt a little light…opened the lid and it was only 3/4 of the way full and doesn’t taste like it has much coffee. Second time this specific location has not only made a mistake, but not followed through on the basics.

Went in on 12/4 around 2:30pm and the male employee looked at me with contempt and passive aggression, just for being a customer? He stared at me coming out of the bathroom and gave a bizarre amount of unwanted attention while I was in the store. I cannot imagine acting with so much rude audacity, creepiness, and passive aggression in any job I’ve had. If I had a male walk in with me to that store I don’t think he would have had the audacity to be so creepy, passive aggressive, and full of contempt for a woman. Please have your male employees treat women with the dignity of being human beings.

Showed up after placing order to see all the employees sitting outside chatting. They all stared at my car as I drove past to get in line. Inside was empty and closed, they said they wouldn’t be open for another 30 minutes (this was at 5:10am) and referred me to somewhere else. Shitty experience, avoiding that place until new management is established.
This experience not only pissed me off and made me late to work but I felt extremely uncomfortable and a little frightened when they all got quiet and stared at my car as I drove past to get in line. Creepy and either lazy or just shitty employees.

We stopped after driving all night for some coffee, I got the caramel ribbon crunch, and there’s a dead ant in my caramel. My sister got a drink and added mocha chips for an extra charge, but we never received them.

We quite literally had the weirdest experience of my life at this location. To start, I love Starbucks- I worked for Starbucks for over 6 years so it’s always fun for me when we’re traveling and get to stop at new locations! I ordered my drink inside and used the restroom. To make one very long story short: my drink was never sent to the queue and after 20 minutes of waiting, I finally asked where my drink was and the barista making the drinks was accusing me of stealing!!! She asked me to show my proof of purchase and then didn’t believe I actually ordered it and continued to question me! It was so uncomfortable.

I pulled up the receipt and showed her the location, the order, etc. and the barista at the counter confirmed I had indeed ordered it- she rolled her eyes and made it, but it was such an uncomfortable experience.

There was a car of 5 of us on the way to the Tri-Cities to see a relative in the ICU on an early Monday morning. We went through the drive-thru, and a few of us were indecisive because of being tired and emotionally drained and worried about our relative. Your employee, Ashley, met our needs with patience and efficiency, as well as compassion when she inquired what we were up to for the day. All the drinks were delicious! Thanks for helping our morning out.

I have consistently gotten sour shots from this place. I stop here often during travels. Always get 20 minutes away and taste my coffee to find the shots have turned are sour, bitter, nasty. The staff must need more training. Taste your coffee before you drive away. Waste of a five dollar drink I won’t get to enjoy. Such a bummer.

Guess I got lucky compared to some of the other reviewers cause I just came here and had great service, almost no wait, and a great drink. This was the biggest Starbucks with the longest drive through I’ve ever seen at any Starbucks, although there happened to not be anyone else in line. My drink was exactly what I ordered and the barista was friendly so based on this experience I would come back here again.
