Food wasn’t cooked well and was far from fresh. All 4 bowls made for my family were slopped together and overly salty. Each bowl looked different and contained things we didn’t ask for. I also ordered 2 large chips and instead the staff must of thought it was humorous to give us 3 tiny children’s sized bags of chips at the cost of 2 large bags with guacamole. All around disappointing for the $100+ dollars spent. I was not able to get a refund. Terrible location, terrible staff, and no accountability. My opinion…Don’t support this location or eat here.

Additionally, After seeing other reviews of how dirty and unclean this place is kept, I cannot believe I blindly Uber Eats some food for my family from this place. Do Not Recommend.

Don’t know what’s wrong with the night shift/evening staff but they need a real attitude adjustment. About 2 weeks ago I tried to come to this location at around 7p and just stood in line and waited. Staff never acknowledged the person in front of me (first person in line) and after about 10 minutes of this he walked out and I followed. Before leaving, the line was to the front doors waiting on the workers to get it together. Went to another location and received exceptional service. Went to try them again this past weekend since it’s the closest one to me, it was around 8p this time and I’m the only one in line. The cook and cashier were too busy in their conversation to acknowledge me that someone from way back in the store decided to come up and help me. Majority of the stuff I wanted was not available, again at 8p, but against my better judgement I still ordered. When the cashier finally got done with talking, she finally decided to ring out the order. I had to repeat what I said to her multiple times as she was very occupied with her phone at the register, saying “Huh?” when I asked a question or responded to hers.

Overall on both occasions, and prior visits, the night/evenings should not at all be acceptable. Trash cans in the dining area overflowing, no utensils or napkins, and dirty tables. Those are things that have constantly been seen on my visits. Unfortunately, the last two times were my last and I’d gladly drive across town to not have to deal with that.

98% of the time during the night shift the rice is almost always not completely cooked. Getting a coupon for a free entree does not cut it if you go back and have the same experience all over again. Some kind of retraining needs to be done to ensure the quality of food being served is up to standard. I stopped eating at this location and had to tonight due to convenience and it has reminded me not to even waste my time or money doing so again.

This location as always missing ingredients whether it’s salsa, proteins, rice or beans whenever I go there they’re missing something. Additionally, I asked for double chicken and I get the smallest portion double chicken I’ve ever been served in my life, but I’m still sure charged the full double amount.

If you have the time, take a trip to the next closest chipotle, don’t waste your money here

I was extremely displeased with my visit to this Chipotle, specifically during the night shift. This isn’t a one-time issue, my experiences with the night staff have consistently been poor, and it’s clear there are ongoing problems with management and employee accountability.

The dining area was FILTHY, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. The employees had very rude and impatient attitudes, acting as if customers were an inconvenience rather than their job. At one point, an employee claimed there were “no more burritos,” yet another employee was able to make my burrito anyway, it was obvious they simply didn’t want to do the work.

Despite there being plenty of staff on shift, half of the food items were unavailable at only 8pm, even though this location closes at 11pm. That is unacceptable for a restaurant that still has hours left in the day.

Between the poor cleanliness, lack of professionalism, sloppy service, and dismissive behavior, this location seriously needs to reconsider its night shift staffing and management. Customers deserve employees who actually want to be there and take pride in their work. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The cashier was extremely rude. I asked for a few sides of dressing, and the lady making the bowl handed the cashier two and she said “no she only gets one, we don’t have many prepped” in a very rude tone. I asked if I could have more and she said that they didn’t have many prepared. Chipotle being underprepared is not my problem. She then overheard me say to my roommate “that girl was so rude”, and tried to apologize telling me I could wait 5-10 minutes for more. I said “so I have to wait but the next people don’t” because they had enough prepared to properly serve me. Her attitude was just extremely rude and unpleasant, working in this industry that is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning here when Faith is working. She also forgot to put my chips in the bag, and when I realized she tried to charge me again and I had to show my receipt that I already paid. I am very disappointed in this service.

I ordered online and purchased the fresh agua frescas and a bottled coke. When I got there they were out of both. I was offered other drinks but I didn’t want those. I asked for a refund and they acted like they could not give me one. After a few minutes of back and forth I just took the drinks. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience or apology for not letting me get a refund. Poor customer service

My friend and I met up here to have lunch together. We wanted to dine in and enjoy a meal together, but we ended up eating in my car due to the trash can being overloaded and the place itself just looking a whole mess, it was absolutely disgusting to see that at a place that sells food.
We got two bowls and two fountain drinks, which the food was fine but the drinks weren’t. 3 of the sodas I tried were absolutely FLAT and tasted horrible, ended up getting a lemonade but it was still not the best… this location definitely needs to keep up with the cleanliness.

Do not place door dash orders here. It’s not worth it. Their system almost always has an issue, and your orders are never received, making it a waste for door dashers to come, wasting gas, and your time. They don’t even give an explanation on what you are to do when they can’t see the orders, just telling you to contact Doordash. Don’t even do orders online through the Chipotle app, as they’d just have to have you go through support to get a refund, wasting your time with this too.

Today’s experience was practically a disaster from the start. They first open the location doors 20 minutes late, saying it’s due to short staff, but this was just to let customers piling outside the door inside, saying to the customers who come inside, “we’re still not ready, but this is to keep you from staying outside.” After saying this, the workers then started expressing their thoughts on how we’re idiots for waiting outside the door to one another. The restaurant wasn’t cleaned and messes everywhere. They were rude to customers asking questions, especially Doordashers, not letting them speak, cutting them off any way to get them to shut up. Sure, as hell would love to give a 0-star review.

I ate in and the dining area and it was dirty. The staff were not getting a long in front of the customers which resulted in a really long wait. This was my second experience with them so I will not br returning.

I previously made a pickup order through the app and when I went to get it it was not made. They said the computers shut off automatically near closing so they didn’t see my order. Well my order was placed at 10:36 and they closed at 11. I have ordered food closer to closing than that at other locations with no problems. All the while the manager made no effort to help and even went to the back and cleaned when I asked for instructions on getting a refund.
