I had gone in there to see how service was and maybe order and say hi to an old friend that works there and I had walked in really quick after not seeing her and then walked out to text her and ask if she was there (weird I know) but I got stopped by the manager (Terri) outside that said a team member had told her I stole soda from their machine because I had a cup from a different store in my hand and she assumed I stole my drink and that I needed to pay for something that I didn’t do. Honestly I felt that the way this whole thing that came about was rude and the attitude I was met with as if she didn’t believe me that I didn’t steal and threatened that she would look at the cameras to prove I didn’t steal so I told her to go ahead. Service member to service member, I understand that sometimes we have to be skeptical over situations like that and you never know but come on, don’t be rude to potential customers as it impacts your service and then it’ll affect you. I won’t be eating here if management treats their staff like that and customers like that. Even if they are “stealing”

Don’t waste your time ordering Catfish at this Chicken Express it was salty not even edible, hush puppies burnt , wait was ridiculous and they pulled you over and forgot your order, called talked to evening manager and they don’t care. Staff sloppy food nasty

The rolls was smashed and the chicken tenders were in pieces and the breading was falling off like someone slammed the chicken straps un the box . And in crumbs… I was very disappointed because the manager was present and I got smashed chicken straps and rolls. Thank you I won’t spend my 50 dollars for my grandkids to eat .

This is a very friendly restaurant. They have fried chicken and a lot of your favorite southern comfort sides. It’s no 5 star meal but it is delicious and they normally have your order out to you quick. They do get very busy at times so if you see a line of cars, you may have to wait for them to cook your order. Good food and great service. Highly recommend.

Called ahead to place a large order so they would have plenty of time to prepare. Called multiple times. Got thru 3 times. First time I was hung up on. Second time I was told just a minute and then hung up on. Third time I was told before I even had a chance to talk, call back later, we’re busy. So, if I came in to order would I be told come back later we’re busy?

Loved the service from an elder server David. He was so nice and kind. The food was good, however the chicken was just little to crispy.
On another note, The women from the back was rude to David. I think she was his manager. Don’t like the disrespect she gave him. The TV was on playing way to loud for us.
