Had lunch while visiting the Corvette Museum. Glad we tried Stringay’s. Had a Stingray Burger w/waffle sweet potato fries with bourbon caramel sauce. Burger had bacon, cheese and bacon jam. Very very good burger and the waffle fries with bourbon caramel were very good as well. Burger was so big we were able to share. Also had the Peanut Butter Burger (did not personally taste it but was assured it was absolutely delicious). Not a large restaurant but was well worth visiting.

What a great dinner. Sitting inside the Corvette museum. Very good affordable food. Staff was very friendly. Now for the food, I had the blackberry grilled cheese, fries and a ice tea(unsweet of course). Good play on sweet and spicy all for $14.49 . I highly recommend going through the museum first and the stopping for lunch at the stingray diner.

You can eat here even if you don’t go through the museum. The dinning area is smaller, with cushy chairs and a wonderful atmosphere. Food was prepared fresh, came hot and correct. The waitress was very friendly. The food was delish!
The KY brown soup was delicious, the Sting ray burgers were very tasty and the overall experience was great.
Parking is easy. The museum isn’t hard to find.

Update.. 4.7 stars. Popped in for lunch and got the Velocity Burger. Food was plated well and looked amazing. Burger was good but I wish the patty had more seasoning. Everything was cooked perfectly..runny egg, crispy fries. Staff was great. Place has stepped up its game for sure.
Restaurant located in the world famous Corvette Museum but no entry fee required just to enjoy this delicious food. Menu is limited but everything is good and they serve breakfast too! Appetizers were hearty and main entrees were great. Service was great as well. Had the Stingray burger and veggies. Worth popping in to grab a bite to eat!

When you can hear the sound of new Corvettes starting up for the first time for the owners, it is enough to eat here. The burgers are very tasty, and the fries are some of the best I have had. The service from Samantha M was top notch, and what should be what you get at all establishments.

Might be the best burger in town! Had the Stingray burger with fries. Been wanting to go here and finally made it, and it was worth it. Nice atmosphere with the corvettes in the museum lobby nearby, comfortable yet sophisticated interior. Staff is friendly and service is reasonably quick. Price is up there but you’re getting a premium here.

If you’re visiting the Corvette Museum or just in the area looking for a bite, definitely visit the Stingray Grill. The food and cocktails are innovative and absolutely amazing. The burger was expertly cooked, juicy, and tasted delicious. The blackberry grilled cheese was a combination of ingredients that end up working so well together. If you like sweet potato fries, you’ll be blown away by the ones here. They are so flavorful that you won’t need any dipping sauce. The service is also fantastic. Sam, the bartender, is so personable and very talented in her mixing abilities. Highly recommend, you won’t regret the visit.

Conveniently located in the National Corvette Museum, this restaurant facilitated our visit. The menu is limited, but the options are sufficient. We both had Stingray Burgers (I opted for no bun) and they were delicious!
