Great idea. Love farm to table but… main entrée was dry and overcooked. It seems like they started cooking the food, fired the food, too early. By the time I received my entrée, it was burnt and dry. I saw the same entree being served later, and it was much less cooked. Appetizers were great. Service incredible. Much of the food is prepped in such a way that it can be heated quickly and served instead of being cooked fresh.

As a board-certified nutritionist, I can tell you that if ever there was a quintessential farm to table, nutritionally aligned, agriculturally-centered place to dine and “feel good” – This is it. I have traveled the world to find healthy, beautiful food and wandered in here to experience the divine salted radishes – they taste like cool ranch Doritos and the director showed me a video of THEIR pigs grazing in the sunflower pastures. I consumed this fuel and felt so satisfied with life
In other words…highly recommend!!

Visited Boulder to try the monthly harvest dinner, but was left underwhelmed (not an unusual experience with the city’s fine dining establishments). We liked the farm to table concept, especially the night’s theme of squashes and squash blossoms. Dinner started well with the cocktail, amuse bouche and first two appetizers – squash carpaccio and stuffed squash blossom. The main was however disappointing. My partner is vegetarian and I’m a pescatarian so we were offered salmon. (My partner would have preferred an actual vegetarian dish but was probably intimidated by the server’s aloofness.) The only thing remarkable about it was the server placing the dirty cutlery from the previous dish, which had a sticky pistachio tarator sauce on it, to be re-used for the main. Dessert was a stone cold, rock hard zucchini cake.
Cozy decor. Service was cool and efficient.
Gratuity of 22% is automatically applied.
Ultimately a middling experience that was not worth the hour’s drive to get there (and definitely not another hour to get away from).

Great service by the staff from the get go until the end. Every single member of the staff were very polite and professional.
Also a cozy, unpretentious atmosphere in the restaurant.
That said, the food overall was quite mediocre. The only thing that was amazing was the butter & bread they served prior to the appetizer and entrée. The lamb was especially disappointing with how dry and bland it was considering the whole concept is “from farm to the table”.
Not a horrible experience by any means but it was underwhelming considering the prices and my overall expectations

We had an impromptu date night here with our baby. The $75 tasting menu is quite filling. We liked that you could pick two appetizers and skip dessert if you wanted. I’m giving it 4 stars because one of the entrees was badly done, which for the quality of this restaurant and the price is a shame: the Tunis lamb. It was chewy and overcooked (and the waiter even told us chef recommended medium rare, which we agreed to…it was almost well done). The polenta was the best part of the fish. The pork on the other hand was tender and delicious. We also had the pork belly (excellent, the baba ganoush was wonderfully smoky), the stuffed jalapeño (more mild than we were expecting but still good), and the fois gras (wonderful apple accompaniment). For dessert we had the strawberry chocolate mousse, which is actually strawberry mousse with a hunk of dark chocolate ganache in the middle.
The other note is that there is no changing table in either bathroom. This place probably doesn’t get a lot of babies but we were disappointed that we had to change the baby in the car.

This place is a total gem. I’ve been three times over the past 18 months, and it’s consistently excellent. The food — delicious and innovative, and the truest example of farm-to-table cooking around. The service is totally pro — seamless, on point, and friendly. Wines by the glass and cocktails are excellent, and the wine by bottle list is impressive. I’d go back just for these elements, but the atmosphere can’t be beat: cozy, warm, elevated yet comfortable. Just-right music at the just-right volume. The warm glow of a table flame, comfortable seating (hello, fleece throws!), and perfect course pacing makes this a place to linger, savor, and relax. A truly soul-satisfying night out. There’s nothing like it anywhere around.

Really tasty food, fun staff, love the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Great place for a nice dinner. The cocktails are also very good. I also like that they have a coat rack by the door.

Just a nice relaxing evening here eating good hearty dishes from farm to table . We went for the Tunis Lamb and the Pork entree.
We didn’t go the whole nine yards and do the 3 courses and in the end glad we didn’t . We just about finished our main meal and took desert home (recommend the passion fruit desert) The only minor minor criticism I’d have is the shared veggies were a little underdone/ kale was too bitter. Izzy our server was lovely and everyone was very easy going, enjoyed chatting to David too re the chefs spices
Receipt attached doesn’t include tip.
I’d say it’s about $80+ a person for one entree and a drink/or desert / more if you go for the 3 courses/cocktails. Hope this helps! We really enjoyed this relaxed environment and the chefs kitchen on full view. Would definitely go back.

This place has quite a few great reviews and recommendations but unfortunately this was not our experience. They are farm to table which means their menu is ever rotating which I appreciate. But, the food was bland and for their reputation I was caught off guard to the overall quality. We do have a dairy allergy and they accommodated it but it’s hard to believe dairy would take that much away from their flavors. Overall disappointing for the reviews and what they are known for. We will not be back.
The drinks were the highlight of our “meal”. They had vegetarian, gluten free, and were able to accommodate no dairy. The portions are a really good size but the flavor and overall flavor profiles coming together lacked. That night they had duck which ended up being extremely gamey which can turn a lot of people away from game meat because the flavor profile did not compliment the natural flavor. My compliments to the manager that night, he busted his tail helping his bartender, making rounds, and talking with customers.
Paid Parking is limited in the area due to the location. They offer a three course meal for $75 and do automatically add 22% gratitude for parties of 6 and up. There is a higher chance of having a wheelchair/limited accessibility in the space but some entry ways might be tight. The resturant ambiance is wonderful! Make sure you make a reservation because they are typically booked out and have only limited spots at the bar but the bartender was extremely busy that night.
