The owner of this sonic really needs to do something about this location. I don’t even know why a worker would put this into a bag to serve to a paying customer, given they wouldn’t like this if they received it. They 100% know better and a delivery should have the same quality as pickup, an order through sonics app, an order in person, or any other form of getting sonic.
Also of an almost $2 up charge to “make it dirty” (the sweet cream & coconut) it should be in the drink.

This place. Ordered a cheese burger with onion rings. After waiting FOREVER for the food being annoyed bc I was in a rush, just to get down the road and open my fish sandwich with sauce all over the top and bottom of a very soggy bun and my onion rings looked like someone chewed them up and then put them in the bag. I just threw it all away. Why would you ever serve food like that?

After waiting for 20 minutes we received burnt chicken “tenders” and clumped up soggy tots. Of course no one answered the phone when we called and their mailbox is full. We ordered a cheeseburger and got charged 45cents for “extra pickles” and there was not extra on it. This is def not worth the $40 we spent.

They had zero customers and that should’ve kept me driving but i decided to stop and get a sandwich since it’s been a while I ate fast food. I ordered 1 chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I drove off and realized my fries were cold and hard. Went back and was very polite explaining that I had gotten cold fries, the girl told me to drive around. She gave me cold fries again..I didnt say a word. I left but best believe I will NEVER return. I tipped too but i guess some people are just lazy. So many sonic always have a crowd except this one, now I know why.

I ordered my food at the drive thru window, got a #3 Supersonic Bacon Cheeseburger combo with a frozen lemonade and mango flavoring added to it. I ordered the five piece chicken strip meal too. After I paid for my food and got the receipt I realized that the lady had rang up my combo as a medium, but I definitely wanted the large fry and the large mango lemonade!!
So they gave me another medium lemonade and another medium fry at no charge! Even though I probably should have specified I wanted the combo large when I was ordering, they took the heat for it and even made fresh fries and chicken strips straight out of the fryer for my family and me! This sonic location runs a great crew and they are all about customer service and satisfaction!

We stopped in ordered 2 pretzel sticks and a dr pepper. They let us know dr pepper wasn’t available so we swapped to sprite. Paid $9.40 about 10 mins later the let us know they don’t have pretzels, ok we swapped to tater tots, they don’t have tater tots, ok swapped to onion rings, they don’t have that either….. swapped to french fries and mozzarella stick…….. yeah should have asked for a refund and left. Left here and went to Copelands for a real snack.

This sonic is a JOKE. I work at the hospital next door and we have ordered from there many times because they’re conveniently close. And EVERY time, they have messed up our orders. No exaggeration. Just last night we placed an order and my burger was BURNT. And I mean crunchy burnt. Half of it was inedible, not to mention they forgot 2 items on the order. This is every time. This place is horrible.

The people seemed friendly, but the appearance is running down not well kept up. The food is hit or miss. The drinks are what keeps this place going but it seems as though it might close down as 2 have already in this city.

Manager Betty smoking at the table right next to entrance of building by the walk up stall. Allowed workers to go smoke Marijuana. Told them don’t get too high. Betty also smokes inside the building. Workers vaping inside store. Completely disorganized and ran horribly. This is a store that needs corporate involved bad.

I like the food at Sonic and it’s fairly consistent across the country. You know what to expect. The staff are friendly as well. The only thing slightly negative is the order kiosks at various Sonics are sometimes broke. It may be weather or just exposure or vandalism, but it’s happened more than once.
