This resterant, Has really good food, but went back to El Pollo Supremo in WNY 12/29/23.
Their food was still good but not for the price and quantity. I paid over $44 dollars for a family combo, but there quantity went down. Not meeting that higher price. Last year 2022 there price for that same combo was approximately $33.00 dollars The quantity didn’t change. 2021 there price was approximately $26 dollars and quality and taste was the same. This maybe my last visit.

I wouldn’t waste my money again in this location ever. The chicken was almost cold and there was barely chicken on each piece. The cashier wasn’t clear enough to explain the combo pricing either.
For being a business that is running since 1982 , this location is far far far away of what good profitable business is all about.

Sorry for the picture but I was not planning to review the place, but I had to, for a first time going and living close I must say I will always return, food was fantastic, prices are really fair, def a 10/10. The ribs, congri, chicken, I dont even know what to say, it was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Service was very good. It was my first time eating here and was not familiar with all menu. Staff was very friendly and took their time explaining their dishes.
I am not really a fan of rice but here it was amazing. The mix flavor of the rice, beans and perfectly cooked crunchy steak with some salad and sauce really hit the spot!

When I went here with my uncle the food is disappointed and disgusting the chicken was BURNT and the quesadilla looks gross also there was so many flys and the white sauce was horrible and the lemon was rotten.I will never go here again.

They served me yuca frita and it was really cold and greasy. I asked them to fry a new batch and they just put the same yuca back in the frier. Now they were hot and so greasy I had to throw them out. Lost a customer.

I was in the mood for tacos and this place had an amazing chicken tacos. Also steak tacos and the best piña colada drink. Is not fancy but the food is very delicious.
