I ordered extra large New York style cheesy pizza went to go pick it up. It was barely any cheese on it and very dry. They remade it and it’s even more dry taste like straight cardboard has no flavor and hardly any cheese at all so disappointed I threw it out. The remake was worse that the original! So disappointing I took one bite and threw it away

This place is the best. It’s not even the closest location but it’s worth the extra drive. I’ve placed over a 100 orders and have never had an issue. The pizza is always fantastic looking and delicious. Even my kids request it regularly. The staff has changed over the course of years but the atmosphere has not. It’s always super clean including the bathrooms and everyone is so nice to myself and especially my wife Lisa who they all recognize at this point. A special shout out to Heath who is the Picasso of making pizzas. It’s rare that food looks as good in person as it does in commercials but Heath delivers every single time. Justin is phenomenal. The friendliest person ever even when it’s crazy busy. Guy keeps a smile on his face and in his voice as does Leslie Tyma. These 3 are the only ones I know by name but it’s everyone there. No other pizza place exists as far as my family is concerned. 5 stars all around and I recommend to everyone who reads this to give this location a try. I’m so glad we did.

I’ve been going to this same Pizza Hut for years. The people there are great!!! I’ve interacted with all of them from the cooks to front counter to managers. They’re always pleasant, friendly and make sure I’m happy with my food. When I was informed by my husband that people had given negative reviews regarding how bad their food looked and showed me pictures of how it “looked when they opened the boxes”, I knew I had to say something. EVERY time I’ve picked up food, they’ve opened everything to inspect. NOTHING has looked like some of those pictures. They only look like that if you drop them or drive like a maniac and the boxes slid everywhere in the car. I’ve gone to different locations and NONE of them compare to the location on Belcher. This will always be the place my family and I go!!!

I I’m a concerned consumer and I just want to say do not order from Pizza Hut. The prices are way too high , the food is substandard and oh yeah they fired all their drivers (1000s) two weeks before Christmas and hired doordash how low can a company go. Total low class business. Don’t waste your .hard earned money or your time at this place the service is poor and the management needs to move on. It’s no wonder why their competitors have better prices and much better service.

They used to be very good. My pizza tonight was the last I will order from this location. Hardly any sauce or cheese made for a very dry, lack of flavor bite. Definitely did not scratch my pizza craving itch.

Unfortunately, our local Pizza Hut is not up to par. Pizza Hut has gone to a call center and uses Door Dash for delivery. Our latest order, of Chicken Alfredo pasta, cheese sticks, and New Tavern Styled Pizza, was not what was delivered. I ended up taking back our order for a refund, plus did I mention the pizza was missing slices when it arrived at our home. Very unsatisfied with Pizza Hut Clearwater, Fl.

I placed my order 15 minutes out so that I could mitigate the wait time. I still ended up waiting around 25-30 minutes for my order. When I got home, I saw that they got my order wrong. I already wouldn’t recommend Pizza Hut as a great place to get good pizza but to couple that with a long wait time and the wrong order just tells me that I’m not giving this declining franchise any more of my money.

I really never got out of my way and put a bad review on a company but this is a MUST to help others out before they waist there money. First Off HORRIBLE PIZZA Every-time i order here they mess up my order!! So unsatisfied with this pizza hut , they should really consider getting new management or closing down. They really don’t care about the quality of there service.
