This is the worst Pizza Hut in the region. This location is supposed to have a lunch buffet every week day and a dinner buffet on weekends. I recently visited this location with my daughter. After ordering (and finding out that they were out of multiple items), we sat down. My daughter and I immediately noticed how dirty the entire store was. See the pictures attached to this review. We were the only customers dining in but there were multiple tables that were filthy and had trash, left over food, drinks, etc. sitting on them. We visited at 5:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon and there was still food all over the floor around the buffets from lunch. The floor looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Service was nonexistent after our pizza was brought out. While eating we noticed the bearded “cook” in the back just throwing pie plates around the kitchen. Thanks to the nonexistent service I went to the counter to inquire about a fork and knife and noticed that the kitchen was just as dirty as the dining room. I won’t be coming back to this location. In all honesty, this location should just be shut down. The employees and owners obviously don’t care.

We ordered the heart shaped pizza & it was very thin & hard with barely any sauce. This is the first time we have had Pizza Hut in years so I’m not sure if this was just off or what.

Pizza Hut has been a long time favorite going back to the 80’s. We stopped in and ordered 2 large pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 extra cheese), 2 orders of bread sticks w/ several cups of cheese/marinara and some small bottles of sodas (due to COVID no fountain drinks). The food was hot and delicious and the man that took our order was also making the food. He was great and not only brought the food to the table he came back several times to check on us and see if we needed anything. HE IS AN ASSET TO THE RESTAURANT! We will definitely be back.

It was take out. Dependably good pizza as they’ve been doing it for decades. Once the “king” of the pizza industry, their product still ranks at/near the top. I hope the public will make PH trendy again. Their ad slogan is pretty accurate…. “No one out-pizzas the Hut”!

Absolute trash service. 3 times in a row I tried to simply get a thin crust square/party cut off an online/delivery note and they can’t even get that right. The only place that doesnt party cut a large thin crust. I pay 6$ for delivery so dont want to waste my money going to the store to handle it. They absolutely will not answer the phone, ever. Avoid this store.

Ended up leaving after never seeing an employee. One other person in front of me who was also waiting. There were no customers in the dining area. I think it’s safe to say this pizza hut won’t be in business much longer.

I think this place is shutting down or needs to. Was excited to see they brought back the lunch buffet, remembering it from long ago. Not so! Salad bar looked like it was left over from day before, pizza wasn’t fresh and dried out. One small aluminum pan of pasta that was also dried up. Dessert consisted of dried cinna stix. So hard you couldn’t eat some of them. Was told they no longer offer fountain drinks, took machine and ice machine away. So you have to buy a bottle of water or soft drinks and also no refills. Had to pay for your order up front because they no longer have servers. And the dining area was dirty, totally disgraceful for a restaurant! Save your money and dine elsewhere!
