Be careful with this pace, so last night we stopped in after a long day at work. Didn’t want to go home a cook, we ordered 2 simple chicken wraps, well I am lucky to have energy to write this review.
Either their chicken, ranch or cheese must be contaminated or have ecoli, I have never anything like this in my life. I have spent the entire night and day today vomiting and severe abdominal pain and discomfort. I can’t even stand up without having severe nausea. Please make sure that you are careful eating at this Wendy’s, I tried calling them to make them aware but they don’t answer the phones.
I will be contacting the board of health.

not sure what’s been going on lately, but every time i order Baconator Fries, i get at least a couple bites of what tastes like old, moldy potatoes. it’s seriously gross. the bacon’s not much better.. looks barely cooked, but somehow it’s still dry and rock hard, like it’s been sitting out all day. i used to really like these, but it’s been consistently bad for a while now.

This place just doesn’t improve. Lady at the window did not say a single word to me while handing me my order and left me in the drive thru wondering if i had everything for my order, even after asking through the window several times if I was all set. I was totally ignored. Food was borderline ice cold, and the once incredible spicy chicken sandwich is now 80% stale bun. Totally disappointed EVERY time i’ve come here the past handful of years. Which is a shame because I regularly crave Wendy’s on my cheat days, and have very fond memories of walking to this location with my friends growing up. They need to get it together.

Do not patronize this Wendy’s. Beyond horrible customer service. Ordered the 2 bacon cheeseburger meal for my son. Asked for no lettuce & no tomatoes..1 burger was made the way I asked, the other had lettuce & tomatoes on it. The manager “Coleman” said it was my fault, would not remake the order & it was a waste of food. You got my order wrong & it’s my fault? And I was nice about it!! Never again. Won’t be going back ever!

I stopped in for lunch and the food was fine — my nuggets, fries, cheeseburger, and soda were served quickly, and the staff at the counter were friendly. The food was hot and the soda was cold, which I appreciated. However, the location is definitely showing its age. The dining area looked worn down, some tables needed cleaning, and overall the atmosphere felt outdated compared to other Wendy’s I’ve visited. On top of that, the prices felt high — my simple meal came to about $15, which seems steep for fast food. I also had to fill up my own drink, and the self-order kiosk didn’t accept cash, which was inconvenient. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but between the dated look, the cost, and the minor hassles, I’d rate this location around 2–3 stars. With some updates and improvements, it could be much better.

By far the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever seen in my 30 years of ordering from a fast food restaurant. The Manager and the drive-through woman didn’t have a clue on what to do when I asked if I could have a bottled water and then argued me they don’t give water as a drink, and I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular one this is just a personal preference. The baconator & fries are very stingy and I don’t get how a large is smaller then a medium here. Overall it doesn’t taste anywhere as good as they used to. I would be very, very, very descriptive of the employees that were terrible but I might get flagged for cultural appropriation.

If I could give zero stars I would. The cashier, Angel, was so unprofessional. When he reviewed my order, I thought an item was missing. When I asked him kindly to repeat it, he was immediately combative and questioned me on why he needed to repeat it again. Then proceeded to dismiss me yelling about how he is cold working at the window and also has to do dishes. Absolutely unprofessional and nasty.
