Garbage. Burnt pieces of some kind of meat. Disgusting dirty grill, half steamed veggies and room temperature rice. We threw it away instead of taking it back because obviously the employees don’t care. Terrible.

Small portion, all of the meats’ juices (shrimp, chicken, beef) were mixed together (while raw and while cooked), rice is hard and dry, very slow fast food lol, soda isn’t even good. Literally saw the cook dump oil on the stove before cooking. Felt sick after.

It’s crazy that people really expect the food to be 5 star restaurant quality. Panda Express would probably be better. But the food was okay, just pretty darn expensive. 20 bucks for what what you could get for something similar at Panda Express for 15 bucks. The worker was chill too.

The two cashier including the lady. They are not friendly. They both laughing and not doing a good customer service. My daughter order chicken teriyaki and went it’s my turn to order. They sounded ignoring my order and the other cashier left when he suppose to get my food ready. And the food is awfully not cooked. We have to threw it away. And the food went to the trash. And my kids decided to eat at the next food chain the Charley’s Philly cheese steak.

Horrible experience, not only was I disappointed that I didn’t check the reviews before placing an order, but highly disappointed that this place is still here after such negative reviews. Noddles were overcooked, chicken was over salted, and basically the rice was the only good thing that I didn’t threw away (all of it to say the least). The manager should really check these reviews to make sure the next customers don’t experience the same thing. Honestly, I would need and like a refund.

Very disappointing. The shrimp ramen is awful. Soup was not a broth it was just water and soy sauce. The broccoli and carrots were barely even blanched. The shrimps were the smallest and cheapest kind. The egg was not soft boiled as shown in the pictures. Not worth $13.99 at all. I don’t have culinary training– I just am just a mom that cooks for the family but I can make a better ramen soup than this.

I should have checked these reviews before I decided to eat here. In the chicken ramen, the chicken was tasty and it included an egg, but the vegetables were few and the noodles looked like they came from a styrofoam cups. When I brought this to the employees’ attention, they said that the chef made them. Yeah, right!

The orange chicken was very soft and was not cooked well. The noodles were flavorless and nasty. After I ate the food had no intention to eat the food. Even the veggies were very cold and flavorless.

The food was bad…the orange chicken had a chemical taste to it. The friend rice had zero flavor and was totally dry and the spring roll was soggy and had a strange flavor. Disappointed I spent $11.00 on it!
